SoGe m-bank enables you to manage your accounts from the mobile device. Now you can do the most important banking tasks from the palm of your hand, in any time, from any place.Application has the following functionalities:

• check the account balance and transactions
• overview of basic information on cards and loans
• payment of monthly bills and other expenses
• transfer of funds among the accounts
• exchange rate list
• nearest branch and ATM locator

SoGe m-bank application is available to all users of Premium electronic banking service provided by Societe Generale and can be used immediately after download, without any additional registration. Username and password are the same as for SOGE home-bank application.Premium electronic banking service is already included into new Praktik and Prestiz packages. Old packages holders, interested in using SoGe m-bank are invited to come to the nearest Societe Generale branch or to contact their personal banker in order to be informed on new SGS packages.

Application somehow worked for a while, after which suddenly stopped (not sure if related to update or not). When you try starting application, only black screen appears and everything stops there. It's completely useless now. Problem was reported through call center, but no real support either, except simple advise for reinstallation and deleting data/cache. Also I was told that someone from IT sector will contact me, but there are no response for almost a week. An absolute disaster!

Still has a black screen while opening for 2-5 minutes, also just noticed that is draining the battery so hard, there is so many bad implementation that I wont even talk about and it's useless as your web application, over complicated, not optimized piece of garbage. I could develop it for you 10 times better!

Absolutely shameful and useless application. You cannot enter your PIN in order to transfer on the phone, or to log in online on the PC because you need a code from the mobile app. Basically you get nowhere and you can't do anything. Absolutely absolutely useless and it has been like this for at least 3 months now. This is, among other reasons, is why I will change banks ASAP.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong here so I'd appreciate an answer. Whenever money is transfered to my account, I never get a notification about it. Notifications were set to SMS but I was geting nothing. I switched it to 'Notifications' via internet, and I'm still getting nothing when money is transfered to my account. Is this some sort of a bug? I feel as this is one of the most basic things that a banking app should have working properly....

One of worst apps I have ever used: - most frequently it doesn't get activated after first click (I need to leave the app and get in again) - simple info option for fast account state check doesn't work - erasing unused accounts from the list of accounts doesn't exist as an option - changing (updating) data of accounts in the list doesn't exist as an option - review of payment in its original form (filled order form) doesn't exist as an option. Disappointing.

The app worked perfectly for me untill today. When I typed my pin it just froze. Called your support team, they told me to update and walked me through the process. Now it is completely useless. It just shows "Network error" while everything else on my phone is working. What a support!

Latest update - cannot even open the app. When I manage and try to log-in - it crashes... If there was an option to give 0 stars - I'd do so. Edit: I'd give you -1 now. Cannot open the app at all. Cleared cache, reopened app, force stop etc. Nothing works. Colleagues and friends have the same issue.

Not so bad, it was stable for me and I pay my debts regularly using this app. New UX is little weird but in new version user is not able to take screenshot or just see transaction details. Right now I am pissed off about that decision and I will give one instead of realistic three

Painful experience. Slow loading. Usually want even load. Shameful for a business application. New update - App seems more clear and there are some improvements in UI - but it keeps crashing constantly - no I'm not using fingerprint log in. Still the same rating.

Unreliable from beginning, ever since the first transition from Société Generali the experience deteriorated from bad to worse. The app itself is lagging, most of it features are not working the basic stuff like update on how and where you spent your money have delay for few days up to a week the reports don't list through. Completely dissatisfied impression. I'm glad I'm leaving this bank!

What's the purpose of having it when you can't even open it!? It somehow worked until yesterday, now it wont even load. As a serious banking provider this should be a great issue for you, your customers expect reliability, but this is far from it. Customers are dealing with their money in your app, it should be always reliable, robust and ready to work!

Absolute unprofessionalism that the financial institution which has my money offers this piece of software and calls it an app. It looks like it was made by a high school student who got a passing grade on it. Completely user unfriendly, had multiple errors in mere minutes of usage, looks like it was ordered 7 years ago on Fiverr for $20.

Update: After I have managed to log into my profile and started making payments (which are chaotic on their own, but that's a story for another complaint), I have tried going into all of my payments to see the transactions (in case I needed proof of payment), only to dicover that that option isn't even available (it was in the Voban app, and it had been helpful so many times). How do you expect from your clients to use the app for transaction if you are not showing data of said transactions?

This app has issues to many times. I must agree with other users that while I was using Societe app it never stops, never had issues.With OTP m bank app I can't log in, it slows down whole process, often working slow etc. The app is good and have good features, but only when it's working ok, which is very rare.

Everything works as expected now. IPS wasn't working with MTS bills in previous version. Notifications weren't working in previous version as well. Now it all works perfectly. Thanks!

Total disaster. Nobody is answering the phone at call center, you can't make payment via app, after "integration" of the banks. There is no PIN code, app is crashing constantly and no support is present. You can't get anyone from the bank. Disappointed.

I'm from Serbia, and when I used societe application I didn't have problems at all. They move the bank to OTP in 2019 before black friday event. I planed the trip to Germany to shop some things. Meanwhile OTP has problem with application stability and sadenly I can't pay with my card for 2 full days in Germany (like I can't buy bus ticket because in Germany you can't buy the bus ticket with cash only with card) now applications have a lot of problems.With android can't pay and with ipad i can!

I switched phones and went through the token activation process, it asks for a new PIN number, but when I try to enter it the button to confirm is NOT CLICKABLE. So yeah, I am keeping my old phone around just to have ebanking, cause even the website now requires bloody tokens to log in.

This is apsolutely worst app that I have ever installed on my phone. It never opens it from first try, it's always bugging, norifications doesn't show up. IPS doesn't work, also when I try to send money to another account here in Serbia it throws me error. Worst bank and worst application ever!!

Horrible app. IT IS VERY SLOW and has many bugs. When Societe Generale was there the app had ZERO issues and now you have been "developing" it for months to "improve" it!? Shame on you, your team is completely incompetent. And also, make it so that a user can rename or delete his saved templates.
