SolarEdge StorEdge Simulator

Use the StorEdge™ Self-Consumption Simulator to demonstrate how adding the StorEdge solution to a SolarEdge PV system can increase the level of self-consumption and help reduce energy bills. Input a PV system’s size and annual household energy consumption using the simple interface and the application will estimate the self-consumption levels before and after batteries are added to the PV system.
The application currently supports self-consumption simulations for the following regions, in both English and German:
• Australia
• Germany
• Hawaii
• UK

SolarEdge StorEdge Solution:

The StorEdge DC coupled storage solution can be used to increase energy independence for homeowners by utilizing a battery to store and supply power as needed. To optimize self-consumption, the battery is automatically charged and discharged to meet consumption needs and reduce the amount of power purchased from the grid.

Need to use actual days from actual use and consumption. Also only one setting for Australia clearly solaredge have zero idea the size of Australia and vast variety of solar potential. Total waste of time.

Very basic Over-simplified with sliders to define PV size and annual consumption. Making the assumption that self-consumption % value is PV consumed over whole generation, not over whole whole consumption, which can be a bit misleading/confusing.
