Solarity Mobile Banking

Up until this last update it was really good. I've not been able to log into it for a while, even after uninstalling it many times, it shows an "internal error". With the whole covid thing, the Mobil app has been an increase in value, and NOT being able to use it makes it more upsetting

I love this app. One thing that has changed on my android is the mobile deposit. After the last update my check picture is always captured the wrong way. It is a rectangle view and the rectangle is positioned wrong to capture a full and close up picture of my checks. The deposit still works great though.

Upgrade was a downgrade. All my account groups were ungrounded, as in all accounts are in all groups. The loan information, payments, due dates that were in the header of the account are gone. That was a simple way for me to monitor when a payment was due. Now I will have to try to figure it out some other way...worst "upgrade" on a app I have ever experienced. Epic fail.

I keep getting an error message when I try to look at my account activity since the update. It just says there's an app capable of intercepting my touchscreens activity but won't tell me which app or how to fix the problem! What am I supposed to do, uninstall all my apps?

Can't use to Find out your own accoun #'s. I signed up for paperless banking at the very beginning so I have nothing with my account numbers on it. When I go to log in online says I need my account number.... they never gave it to me.

Would give it 5 stars if it had the retinal scanner login. It used to and one day it was taken off the app. Made it much easier to login.

although the change isn't a significant one, this app is compatible to the competitions. it is very easy to use.

app works once and then when l open again later l get a "app has stopped working" and in order to use it again l have to uninstall then reinstall for a one time use. Tired of having to uninstall and reinstall in order to use it.

I find it very easy to pay bills using my cellphone. That way I can be sure my payments arrive on time.

Great app but stopped working after Android update today. I will change my rating to 4 stars when app fixed.

At Solarity I have recieved great customer service! And their mobile app is awesome!

I cannot install the Solidarity all on my Kindle. Is this just mine or do other Kindle users have this problem?

i have 4 banking apps and this one is by far the easiest to use.

If I can't even log into my account with the information I use online, it's a terrible app

I'm considering switching banks as Solarity Credit Union now has implemented a 5-10 business day to process checks when it never used to be this way.

Love the convince of paying bills and budget.
