Yay!! A mobile app for a ticketing system that barely functions. That's more than I can say for most. Still not great.
While I am a long time user of Samanage/SWSD, the app has always, and still leaves alot to be desired. Simple functionality like linking configuration items to incidents, seeing what incident a task is associated with(incident number isn't anywhere on the task and view "source" button does not appear to work) and being able to see the inventory still isn't included in the app version. If seeing, assigning, and closing tickets is what you're after, this is sufficient. Not more outside of that.
I am going to uninstall this app because there are no notification options at all. I have access to numerous different ticket groups and only need notifications from one group. There is not even an option to turn notification off let alone manage notifications per group. Hopefully this is a feature added on the near future.
Works great. Still waiting for an option to display your tasks and incidents that are assigned to you in a single but rather than having to flip flop back and forth. Same thing for desktop version.
There's no way to create tasks within tickets and notifications don't always sound. It would also be nice if the notifications could actually be audible, using something like Google Assistant to read out the notifications from SWSD, along with an alerting sound
New update is nice, but a simple oversight makes it useless. Most of my users send screenshots of their errors. You cannot zoom in on screenshots by tapping or any touch gesture. Please add and I will update my review.
The app is basically useless because you can count on any tickets. The windo pops up, I can interact with public private and add an attachment but there is nonyext box and the keyboard never pops up
It won't let me upload pictures. That's a huge fail for this App!
Not sure when it got better, but the search is now functional for me, so that's a game changer! Impressive that service catalog and inventory is there too! Keep up the good work!
New version rolled out Sept 15..it's broken now. Cant type replies in incidents as the keyboard won't come up. Will change review if it fixed. Update:. The team finally figured out the issue and got it working correctly. My review now reflects a good working product.
Works fine but extremely limited. Cannot look at our assets or solutions. The app is almost unusable. I just use it to close and comment on tickets.
A solid improvement. still need to add ability to see Assets and have your dashboard.
Convenient for travel. Easy to use interfaces. Nothing fancy and that's great!

There needs to be a difference between Portal and Service Desk users features. I can't get to Solutions which is where I built out allot of our ON-Call information and Notifications should be based on whether you are an agent or user/

Is kira.samange link with this app or site of solarwinds. It direct me to this app or site.I am having problem with kira account. No response email is sent to my email when asked for password reset instruction.
Application does not work with a person with MFA enabled and tech support does not ever get back to you on this issue
Works ok. Would be nice if it included more of the features that the web app has.
Application stops and closing automatically on my MI note 8 pro phone when I open any ticket. Please look into it.
SSO no longer works, can't even login to the app now so its useless. Was good when it worked
This app makes communication with our team, in this case our IT team, seamless.

Great app and easy to use.
Good app overall. 2-star with current issue. I don't know when it started, but the app crashes when replying to a ticket. I'm not sure if it's related to character length or time in the response. I can send a short reply, but with anything over a few sentences, the app freezes up and needs closed. My workaround is to type the response in another app and then paste it into the ticket. It can still freeze up but I'm able to post the reply. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Android 12
