same as everyone else on here. website wouldn't let me activate my new card until today finally. but the app wont let me check anything. saying "invalid username" or "card doesn't exist" and since I've used this card and company for my job, it's been garbage. fees are ridiculous, and I'm always in a stupid situation. no tellin how much money I've lost overtime. I just want my money.
I loved the card. I never had any problems while i had it, which was for cpl years. I never got charged any fees as long as i stuck to in network atm's . i read my booklet on using it and what will charge me fees and how to avoid them. I never got charged for calling customer service (so grateful it was in united states) i loved them.
Horrible card!! Charges you for almost everyything. If the f&q don't answer your question, get charged $3.00 for live support. Get charged .50 if call for balance & additional ATM fee along with bank ATM fee. Can't access your profile information through this app. There is very limited help topics. You have to make a separate login for app & website.
I called them yesterday and it says they are shutdown completely on may 30th so that's why we can't get on our transactions or anything it's really disappointing that they didn't give a heads up because I didn't get a check that I was counting on from work.
Absolutely Horrible.....The app the customer service and the website just horrible. I've had a better experience from a walmart gift card. I do not recommend this to anyone if you need a pay card get a go bank card it has DD or open up a bank...
I have had this app for 3 years and have had no problems until a week ago. I go to log in and it says authentication error. Please fix the problem
This is the worst money app I've ever used! I will not recommend even if paid to! I don't understand why they would tell me my personal information is incorrect while signing up.
can't transfer money from the app. the server has been on maintenance since I got the card. I'm trying to transfer my last money I have on the card to never use this service again.
Been with sole for close to 10 years. Been a good pay card, only thing I would do different is not charge 10 dollars per card after the first.
i really like this app. the only thing i would change is to fix the display. that green is really ugly. other than that i love it
Can't even create an account! Says I've exceeded attempts when I have only tried 1 time!! Dumbest app in the world..
ALWAYS an hour wait time when you call,a fee for everything. I'm getting rid of my card ASAP. Still waiting on a $30 credit from AutoZone that was put on there an hour ago
terrible card. charges you for almost anything. haven't used the card in 6 months and now it's saying I owe 77$ all because I haven't been using the card. ridiculous
Was good until they decided to cancel the account and now I can't even get my stimulus check or anything because this is the account on file. Can't get ahold of anyone to even change anything either for sole pay card or irs so I'm screwed. I needed this money cause I haven't ate anything in days and lost my place
App has several bugs. For a banking app, I feel less secure using this app. Devs please update/fix app.
Never works, servers always down, will reset eventually and make you re-enter your card details.
I havent been able to look at my transaction history on the app for the last week.
Sometimes it doesnt show all transactions...slow to refresh
customer service is awful and cant even get nobody on phone or to call me back i wouldn't recommend this card or app to anyone
Horrible says wrong password. It wont let you update password.
Phone updated and I can no longer log in to the app.
For the last 3 months now it won't update my transaction history and I kinda need that

Just got a this pay card with my new company. I find it strange that I am able to log in on the actual website off my browser, but cannot login on this app. Keeps saying invalid username. Then I went to create a new account and it's telling me the card number doesn't exist. It's literally right in front of me. I put it in correctly at least 5 times. It's obviously exists, especially since I activated it and logged in off of the website on my browser. So I don't really understand...
