Just downloaded the app with my phone and it works perfectly fine.. I think most people on here are frustrated because they don't know how to read instructions.. I gave the app 3stars because it only tells me updates when I'm connected to Wi-Fi instead of sending me a text message to my phone number.
Nearly impossible or literally impossible to transfer money (still can't find the option to do so anywhere in the app), and... get ready, this is gonna be good... you need to pay a fee... to get your money. The money that tou earned, you need to pay a fee to access it. Wow. Incredible. Breathtaking. I would rate this app infinity stars out of zero stars if I could. Website says financial freedom... This is financial alcatraz.
I pay my bills online and now have my water bill saying I'm late with my payment. I paid that bill and the transaction history only goes back to March 18. Why??? THE TRANSACTIONS HISTORY ARE MY RECEIPTS! I need proof of my transaction to the city or i have to pay the same bill again. I know I'm wasting my time with this because you haven't reviewed any reviews. SMH
the app keeps crashing when i hit set up for a new account. it will buffer as if its gonna go to a new screen but then it just stays on the same screen. i need this app to work.
This app does not work I hit let's get started it loads and it brings me back to the same page and I tried multiple times just looping back around, deleted and redownloaded app same issue happened. This app simply does not function
the unreliability of this Bank almost sent me to jail and i would not recommend using this once. tried to call and get it sorted out because that's what all the apps that this card rejex told me to do and they said I was going to be on the phone for an hour so i would suggest to everyone reading this switch your bank account to direct deposit and drop this Bank immediately
can't pay Bill's with the card, can't add it to Cash App, pay doesn't come early as with Chime. I'm switching my pay to direct deposit.
keeps saying my card is not compatible with this app? When i know that it is. This card just sucks completely, over charges and charges for every inquiry. my card said i had a negative balance when i had never used the card. wish my employer would change companies.
0/10 - not a good boi. The app is stupid to put it nicely. It gives off info but logs you out, can't log you back in, won't reset your password and it won't tell you when you'll get paid if you have a job. 100% stupid.
If I could give this app negative stars I would completely useless. Can't log in does absolutely nothing. Won't allow me to reset. Ugh just completely useless!!!!!
will not let me sign in. been trying for a week now. all I keep getting is an error message. updated the app and still won't work.

App sucks. Can't get an email to change password even though my password is correct. Worst app to use.
Would be easier to insert the money in my anus then wait for the app to tell me to try again. But I like the app icon to there's a star, keep trying and you'll do great.
Un-usable APP 100% does not work will not be using this card ever again! Worthless PayRoll Card! 100% useless! Need seperate accounts for payroll app + account for website + account for regular sole card who the heck would create such a disaster!
app is horrible you cant even log in, called customer service said they would get tech guys to figure it out and call me back its been over 2 wks now nothing...and app still does not work.
App doesn't work won't let me continue to enroll my card so this sucks just like the first one. So one star cz Developers won't improv the app SECOND COMPLAINT.
Can't even get into the app you put your user name in and password and it says it can't be processed at this time. Try again later.
I like the app it works well for me. I have a problem when I try to use the card on a different app it declined the card. That's the only problem I have another then that good job 😀

When i try to enroll in the app it says error request please try again. This app is junk needs to be fixed or updated!!!!
This app SUCKS I've used it ONCE and went to see my balance again and it wont do anything except stay on the blue screen with the sole symbol on it.
I can't get into the app because it said an error which said your information is in correct with what they have in their system when the information I put in is the correct information and they say it is wrong
No help from customer service when you can't sign to n to account. Giving cvv number incorrect. Which it is Not. No way to get around. Even tried new account.
I have downloaded this app, but it will not allow me to get pass let's get started. And I need this app to continue to use this card I have for my paycheck.
I really don't like that I keep getting 75 dollars taken out for security purposes but get it back later and it always seems to come out when I need that money

The Sole debit company the worst credit card ever the app not useful at all I can't sign up my card and if you call the asking you 1000 questions for nothing.
Created an account and it said my card number wasnt supported so i waited a while and tried to make another account and now i cant even do that this app is useless
Biggest Pain in the ass! Having a new system, not compatible with your previous account or card nunber, cant combine them and have to have 2 different apps for either card and still cant transfer money between the two which is why I asked for a secondary card in the first place! I swearrrrr the most frustrating things in the world is not being able to access your money and having to wait on it repeatedly.
