Solid Milling

- For the NAFTA market we have now Niagara Cutter™ imperial products available in the solid milling app besides the metric focused Jabro® products. The new Stabilizer 2.0 high performance tools replacing the old Stabilizer cutters are in the scope containing 4 flute end mills; square corner, ball nose and corner radius ones, with and without neck reductions. Where the ST430.2 series cover steels and cast iron, the ST440.2 HT has been developed for machining stainless steels and super-alloys.

- The Niagara high feed cutters are available as well with the SN200, 400 and 500R dedicated for materials with hardness smaller than 52 HRc and the MZN410 and 510 for high feed milling in steels greater than 52 HRc.


- Finally the Niagara Elite multi flute tools are now to be found in the calculator as well covering S638, S738 and S938 dedicated for side mill roughing and finishing.


- New product movies are to be found and all new geometries are to be found in the product search function as well.


- Solid milling app update 1.7 contains new SECO News 2016-2 Jabro® products. New high tolerated hard milling tools JH112 and JH142 dedicated for Mould & Die applications are now to be found behind the Tornado strategy choice. The new High feed JHF181 dedicated for harder short chipping materials like hardened steel, cast irons and super alloys is now to be found when selecting the High feed machining strategy. The new advanced roughing tools JS564 & JS565 with four and five flutes will give an additional 20% toollife compared to its predecessors. Finally the new JS720 and JS730 six flute cutters dedicated for heavy side roughing & advanced roughing in titaniums and stainless steels are now to be found in the calculator as well.
