total waste of time! I have repeatedly tried to install this to monitor my installed setup, and keep being told I'm wrong in some detail. In the past I have had solar PV which has run entirely smoothly and been easy to manage. This however really is a dud! Don't bother! I notice you claim to be "working hard" to fix this? Not hard enough, it seems!
Extremely intermittent. Will communicate info about 10% of logins, and often isn't accurate to what's actually happening. You need better Tech people in your team solis! It should be simple. Sort it out.
App does not work. Cannot connect to the inverter. No documents, no login password, emailed developer no reply, zero support. Waste of time especially since this is supposed to be the app for the Solis inverter.
Can't switch to english, only Chinese interface. It seems, it is strong for internal use
Don't have clue to what is supposed to be going on. Not very clear, nothing to tell you about things. Apparently I am producing no power from panels but iam sending power to the grid. Its rubbish.
Unfortunately very little English in this and works for about 1 minuite, it's not clear if power is coming from the grid or my PV panels, unless it says so in Chinese.
Horrible to use, virtually impossible to set up and basic. Total waste of time
Hopeless......I would have given it less if I could have. Use the inverter screen. I deleted the app !
Not know Chinese but this in English on the phone but not on the Tablet and now can't find the wifi sorry just two points

Intresting a bit hit and miss but its working Instructions need to be clearer lucky I'm tech saviy so got it working not sure what I'm supposed to do with the advance setting login or installer login. No idea what the password is supposed to be...Come on Solis you create great kit but instructions and explanations need vastly improving. I have 3 Solis inverters BTW.
