I would have given it five stars bc i really enjoyed playing this game, but here lately if it's not running slow then it freezes up right in the middle of playing, has caused me to lose so many coins, puzzle peices and more, so frustrating, I've tried everything and it keeps doing it, what is going on, please help!!! i don't want to uninstall the game but I'm just so sick and tired of dealing with all the issues it's ridiculous, just fix the BUGS ALREADY!!!!😣🤔😔
They need to do something g about where they place useful, or needed option buttons.. there are too many things overlapping, makes it hard to pull up, or get it to do what action you're trying to do. Plus, they put things too close to edges of screen. And half the time, it makes my phone think I'm trying to back out, or exit the game, and I'm not. Then, I think it's stupid that when asking for help, for puzzle pieces, or collection pieces, in your club, it will type them all out for you, but g
This game was really great to start with. Now you don't get rewards for finishing puzzles, coming high in torments etc. Plus the chat feature keeps disappearing so I can't communicate with my club or others. Also sometimes when I do my club cards I get to nearly turn them in, go out, go back to draw more and have to start all over again as my cards have vanished. Mailed support but not heard back
This was the only game I played. well until today. It was bad enough that you would lose puzzle pieces every now and then but it had very few ads unless you wanted to keep a score. Today changed all of that. Havent been able to load, when I did finally get loaded everythin I had worked for and purchased was gone and there is now an ad after every board. I am done with clipwire and their crappy support (there is none) and their lack of fixing issues
One of my most favorite games! BUT there are so many glitches & issues with freezing, which is really frustrating and keeps a lot of us from playing as much as we would like. These problems are continually getting worse and more frequent, despite the promises from developers of fixing them. :( Just a side note, and fyi to developers, the freezing becomes worse when adding brand new puzzles &/or the mini side games and tasks.
I have played this for some time, and it has been my favorite Bingo app. This latest change with the extra cards, which I may add, is something we have to use coins/tokens to have those power ups. The change is horrible, I have always been able to choose the one I needed to complete runs. Now you cannot use them unless you guys/the game decides! Ruined the game for me. I am looking for a new Bingo app.
Best game I've played hands down. No running out of energy or lives, no being bombarded by ads, lots of tournaments, chat, the puzzles and daily missions. It's all around great. Makes it easy to spend some real cash on this game. Also, their support page is outstanding, very quick response and resolution!!! 10 🌟
I downloaded this game from an ad from another game. I have not played the other game since. I love this game. I love all the different windows I can go to and either play the game, join a group, help out others, message others, and collect rewards. the graphics are pretty good too. Thanks for having the ad out there for me to discover.
So far I enjoy this game, doesn't seem to be pay to win; power ups, coins and anything else seem to be easy to get. The problem I'm having is the amount of ads when I first started playing there was none now it's almost every level win or lose. No lives so unlimited play which is also nice.
It used to be more user friendly... you took all the good things out that made this different...took out anything to help game along but levels are still too hard sometimes...not because of how I am but the cards that are drawn...no reason to play anymore now that it is the same as all others...no incentive at all...such a shame
Miss the team competition, miss special double point days, and very little help getting glichs fixed.it's now 07-27 21 they did another update and added more glitches.play one game and it locks up and you have to get out and reload the game to play. Been playing over 2 years and this is the worst it's been. I do not recommend this game at this time!
It seems like it would be a great game but there are so many things to do without specific directions Idk if Im even playing right! Plus, it's frustrating to not be able to get on because supposedly my internet has a problem....It doesnt. Problem on Tri-Peaks end.
😍I became INSTANTLY ADDICTED!! BUT!! For at least TWO WEEKS, the game has been freezing after successfully, or not, completing the round(s). I have reported this issue via different options, providing many Screenshots. ZERO REPLIES-ZERO REIMBURSEMENTS! Booo!! 😵 ~ I'm currently trying the old Uninstall/Reinstall method...
EDIT: STILL CRASHING AFTER POP UP ADS!NO FIX, STILL LOSING REWARDS, NO CONTACT FROM DEVELOPER ABOUT FIXING OR MAKING RIGHT. It's a great game if you like losing your rewards and find frustration a Fun game. Pop up ads keep freezing the game and crashing causing you to lose any rewards or advancement with points. Reported multiple times with no fix our response.
It used to be an awesome game. I've met some pretty awesome people too. But there is no challanges no new puzzles and it is getting boring. I know a lot of people are tired of doing the same puzzles over and over again. Please fix this before we all uninstall for the lack of challenge
Didn't even get through the first game. Constant freezing. Couldn't move cards. And I couldn't even exit out of the game to start over again. After several tries, I finally had to restart my phone just to get out of the game. It seems like, with all the reviews from the past few months, talking about similar problems, something would have been fixed by now. Good-bye. I don't play games to be aggravated; I play to relax and have fun.
I really loved this game in the beginning, would have brrn a 5, but they have done away with the double days and other challenges that helped you get farther in game play. The add is annoying after the hundreth time. Spend more time waiting for the fireworks, yes or no on double if you want to watch ads, and the saddlebag could be faster. How about just a yes or no, the 5 second to no is annoying. I do like teams and chat is nice if it is working. Now a 3
really like this game a lot, only thing I don't like is they're trying to get you to buy something in order to move up to the next level and with me I'm not able to do that cause I live on a fixed income, so other then them wanting you to constantly buy something to level up it's a really awesome game. so who ever made this game keep this in mind we all aren't RICH!!!😭. Thanks, please stop making me and the other players have to buy something to level up would ya plz. Thanks again.
I tried this game a game and remembered immediately uninstalled. The first thing you get when you open the game is a huge purchase ad. Usually a game will let you become involved before it starts offering purchases. It's also very confusing without any instructions at all. There's also very few installations for the amount of time that the game has been out that tells me people are not playing for any length of time. Very few reviews recently. And people have been installing games like crazy.
I love this game, but hate that the game freezes during play. I have to close the game, reset my phone and then go back in and hope the game doesn't freeze again. When his bug is finally fixed then I'll give the game a higher rating.
update: I have to downgrade to a two star from a five star, because i am so disappointed with this game. i have been trying to collect my purchase reward since 3/15/19. I have sent in a total of three emails concerning this matter. each time they ask me to send in proof of purchase and the matter still hasn't been resolved after i send in the proof. I just want the issue resolved and my rewards added so i can continue to enjoy the game. I'm very disappointed!!!!
I really like the game but it keeps crashing on me / freezing. I finally gave up and deleted it, because it got so frustrating to keep starting over a level that I had just won - or was about to, then it freezes. I kept getting stuck on one level and just gave up. If I can't win after trying multiple times and not even being close, I delete. It becomes too frustrating and not fun.
