I used to hate all "free" apps equally because of the advertisements. But now I realize there are some that do ad revenue right, and many many more who do it wrong. This one gets it right!!! No long ads that aren't skippable! No pop up ads during the middle of a game! Banner ads aren't too flashy! Ads don't automatically take you to the app store when they finish! I never have audio on so I don't know if they're really loud but I bet they aren't. Thanks for integrating ads the RIGHT WAY!!!!!

I hope more people complain about the problems with the game now, so they fix it!!!!!!!!! I use to really love this game. I played it every day for years and paid to remove the ads. Now the 3 free magics per day are gone. I also have no score in the tournaments and can see no scores! I have written support many times and never receive any response!!!! :-( I wish they would come out with another update that fixes all these bugs! The problem started shortly after the last update.

This app is great. I like the different ways to play these games. The advertisements, however, are so annoying, I almost want to delete it. I am especially bothered by the loud music that comes with video adds. I don't mind the videos, but the audio is too much. I don't play the game with sound. Then the add pops up blasting music, and the mute buttons are hard to find. It would be great if those ads would disappear!!!

The game itself would be okay if you didn't have to pay to remove ads on every device you have. Once you pay for the upgraded version you should be able add it to a new phone or tablet without having to pay again. It just put ads back on same device after having been removed for 6 months. This is a complete rip off!!!! I have contacted them numerous times and no response.

Very fun, and enjoyable versions of the 3 most popular forms of Solitaire. This has only 1 major shortcoming. There are plenty of ads, but you can't win any actual money like in Cube and a few of the public will see this shortcoming....... but who knows. They may add that feature later. I would like to see where we are paid to deal with ads, hoping to get some of the advertisements.

Paid for the Ad free version, did as expected for over a year but now there are annoying and intrusive Ads popping up at the start every game. This is dishonesty and braking an agreement, not to mention scamming money from people who do not wish to be bombarded with that garbage. The games are ok but so what. This is being tricked into paying for stuff that you get hit with all the time for nothing. I have been in touch with Solitaire Collection support, but no response. Integrity?

Used to love this app, so I paid to remove ads. That was fine for a long time, then suddenly a few weeks ago, ads reappeared, along with the annoying pop-up to remove ads. So I paid again, thinking maybe new developers or something genuine. Then suddenly, today, endless ads reappeared. Emails to the developer's alleged address are unanswered. Clearly a rip-off. Uninstalling immediately.

Hello! I've been playing your game for a very long time and I do not mind the Ads. Lately there is an Ad running in your game, (as well in other games) that is the real NUISANCE. The ad is extremely invasive, and in my opinion not working properly. When it comes up it doesn't act like a normal Ad, it takes you to the Play Store and from there is very hard to get rid of. The game is Solitaire TriPeaks Journey from ME2ZEN Limited. I wrote to them by nothing was done. Thank you for your attention!

I absolutely love this collection, the themes available, music, stats, everything. So much so, that I paid for the full version. I've been getting ad pop ups in the last week, not overly pleased. Please fix this issue

The game is good but I paid to NOT have ads. Not just once but on my previous phone too since it wouldn't let me carry the subscription between phones. This latest update brought ads back. WHAT THE HECK?! Why are the ads back? Did you decide my payment was no longer valid? And on top of that their support email bounces. I can't even get through to them. This company is a scam.

I loved this app, played it every day and therefore I paid for it to get rid of the ads. Now they're back with the latest update and nothing works to remove them, even clearing cookies, history, downloading/installing it all over again as the current "developer/owner" advised, and it's been over a month now. They need to step up & get this fixed. The former company/developer Queens Games never had this problem. And it won't even let me pay again to remove the ads.

Ads!! They used to be just a few seconds and now they're 30-60 seconds and disruptive to the game. Used to be way more fun and relaxing but not as much now. Make them shorter again. I don't play so I can be annoyed between hands by a 45 second "playable" ad.

Overall its basic but if you just want to play spider, it will meet your needs. I find solitaire really slow and card designs limited. However, it does a simple job. Only worth paying to remove ads if you play a lot as they are way to frequent and banner is placed in a key position so you are likely to press the ad by mistake constantly when going against the clock. No idea what the point of coins and wands are, and the scoring rules are not included. I have contacted them, no response!

ADS AFTER EVERY GAME!!!!! It is annoying, distracting, noisy, and can't be removed without purchasing the remove ad. If you don't mind ads every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, the go ahead and get this app. But I really wouldn't recommend it.

I paid for ads to be removed but still have ads showing during game play. App is no longer functioning correctly. No longer gives out nightly rewards or keeps score during game play. I have sent multiple emails but get no response.

Used to be an amazing game and my go-to for phone games, but now trophies don't work anymore and the ads are getting out of control. It's a shame because it's super fun.

Lately when I've tried to play the Klondike or spider games, the screen will start flashing and the app closes. Tried force stop, uninstalling, and reinstalling but the same thing happened again.

I love the ease of playing this version of Solitaire! The cards react to a simple touch! No sliding them around. The autocollect when all cards are uncovered makes the game go so fast! There is even a hint button with one touch, and it's also very easy to undo the last move. Best Solitaire game ever!

Been playing for a few yrs now. I suffer with Chronic pain and the game is a nice distraction from the pain. The game is fun, has enough variety to never make me bored and allows me to advance at my own pace. Most importantly the ads don't show up to often and they are carefully selected to be items you might actually be interested in. Thank you for a nice game that's free, ok for kids too, so safe as well ..and has just the right balance of everything!! Great Job!!!

It contains several games and has a "magic" feature that you can use to relieve your frustration when you're so close to winning a game but need a little help. This app has the three solitaire games that I like to play the most. One downside: I wish I could sign in and play across devices. I just got a new phone so my rewards/stars/magic are back to zero. I had a hundred thousand on my last phone.

This app steals money. I had this app for years and there were no vocal ads. Just a few small silent pop ups. And I mean a very few. Then they awarded popping up often and very loud. Then I paid to remove ads. They have come back within 2 weeks and I can't remove them. This app robbed me. This is BS. Thieves!

Three of my favourite games - Klondike, Spider and Freecell. I love the layout and the daily challenges. Edit: In the last month, some of the Klondike games in the daily challenges have been unsolvable. The third one on Monday December 2 is particularly bad. I hope this isn't permanent, because I really love this game.

When I first installed this it was great, very responsive. The last week it has been freezing up alot. Very disappointing and frustrating. Going to try uninstalling and reinstalling but if it starts that freezing bs again I will simply uninstall it and move on.

The game doesn't give you your daily magic anymore. You can't use your coins to buy magic anymore. Everytime I win a game it doesn't give you your trophies. Everyone on the leaderboard has 0 trophies. I hope they fix the problem. The game used to be fun.

After many months of frustration, I'm changing my review of this app. This app was very entertaining and fun, 5 stars, but suddenly it changed. In the Daily Challenges they started to become unsolved games. No matter what I tried, they couldn't be solved. Very frustrating. So I'm uninstalling this app. The same happened with this developer Pyramid and TreePeaks. In the Daily Challenges it was ok to have Hard and Expert games, but Unsolved ones, NOT AT ALL. Goid bye!!

Enjoy playing. Never an issue so far( playing for 3 monthss). To halt Non-invasive ads I simply placebphone on Airplane mode. Any issues an individual may encounter may be due to lack of detailed phone understanding. Otherwise the app is very enjoyable

I paid for ads-free and really enjoyed this this game, but now the ads are back. I contacted customer support, but no one has replied. If it is just a glitch that will be fixed, then they should say so, but not getting a response makes me think that it isn't going to be fixed. I'm so disappointed because I really enjoyed this game!
