The auto-complete feature is garbage. Even if you have it turned off the game will decide to just play moves in its own which is very annoying. I will make sure it is turned off and I will not be touching the screen otherwise from the single card I will be tapping on, but the game will just move cards around anyway. Very frustrating as otherwise I like the game.
I paid for this app, and it's well worth the price to have ad-free solitaire with no in app purchases either. The auto-finish is a terrific feature. Two changes would make it a perfect app 5-star: (i) Instead of or in addition to giving you the time it took to win a hand, it would be MUCH BETTER if it gave you and kept a history of the number of moves it took to win a hand (as most other solitaire games do); and (ii) instead of making you drag cards to a pile, it would be MUCH BETTER to give a tap option (as most other solitaire games do). Again, though, just being ad-free makes this app worth it!
I only play the classic three-card-draw Klondike, but I like it a lot. The cards are clearly readable, and there is no time-wasting animation when the Source deck turns over three cards. Ruben has assured me that the gameplay is as close to Classic physical-playing-card Solitaire as possible. In other words, before each game, the deck is shuffled as randomly as reasonably possible using a computer algorithm. Thumbs up.
A great set, and well worth the cost. The games are varied and work well. Two minor quibbles: the screen rotation does not work quite right, so sometimes it gets force-rotated back to default. The explanations are decent, but could use a bit more detail regarding gameplay.
Good range of games, but auto finish not available in all of them, and game does not indicate when you have run out of useful moves... Gives hints which just take you round in endless loop. Yes, it's a hard programming problem, but some other solitaire games manage, albeit with fewer games in the offering.
90 Different Kinds of Solitaire! I didn't even know there were that many single player card games. It's got all the classic versions: Klondike, Tri Peaks, Pyramid, Spider, etc.. But it also has lesser known games like Aces Up, Golf, and Tower of Hanoi. A game that's become one of my favorites is Perpetual Motion. I wouldn't have known about a lot of these if it weren't for this collection. And it works offline! Now I always have something to play and plenty of choice. Worth every penny!
Rank and File, one of the games I love. One of the very few games that has it. Some complain of the background and card appearance, but that's customizable, except for the initial scoring and game selection screens, the actual playing screens are just fine.
OK as a game, but a bit buggy. It doesn't handle portrait mode well but keeps switching back and forth. I mostly play FreeCell, and it'd be nice to see the time on the summary page. An absolute disaster is that the app blocks incoming Signal notifications and calls.
Great selection of games, but none allow discard pile to be turned over, basically rendering most games impossible to win. Shamrocks, usually known as 3 shuffles and a draw, doesn't allow shuffling, so is nearly impossible to win.
I find the user interface clunky, not pleasing to use. I also would prefer the option to just tap on a card and it would move itself to a legal position. Having to drag every card to move it is a pain
The graphics are too pale, the design is too busy and the font too spidery for me. Very hard to read on my phone. But I do like the range of games and have been introduced to several new to me so enjoying it on the whole.
I found a bug. If you drag a card and then change your mind about moving it the buttons (undo/redo, hint, back etc.) stop working. As a workaround you have to do something in game like moving a card somewhere or failing that restarting the app
I'm new to solitaire and mainly wanted to buy a inexpensive app to get away from ads. I had no idea there was so many versions of Solitaire. After going through the versions I figured out that Klondite is the traditional version and the Klondite version in this package does not let you restart the flipped-card stack! Someone told me that is a normal thing to be able to do in Klondite version. I haven't won a game yet because of that and I'm sorry I bought this app.
The game Lady Jane while a bit difficult to solve is a good puzzle game. To me, a good puzzle game is one with good degree of difficulty but also a good chance for an avid card game player to win most of them.
First the screen does not offer enough contrast so it's hard on the eyes. Second the game does not rotate. It's landscape only and only in one direction. The games offered are good.
great app...I love that it has no ads, and there are so many different types of solitaire to try! I would recommend changing the font, though, or offering another option.
Greatly enjoy the variety of games available. Lots of fun and a good stress reliever. You are amazingly patient and helpful. With your help odd situation was finally resolved. Technology is touchy stuff. Thanks.
Though all things say it is compatible with my version 7 android, the only way I can access any menu (main or game specific) is to close and reopen the app each time I want to use an option on a menu. Not good.
The design could be cleaner and the rules more clear, but this really is exactly what I wanted. No frills, no ads, just a huge variety of solitaire games. Great app!
Enjoy playing the different games. Graphics are nice but a little confusing. When finishing a game it is difficult to get to a new different game.
if you like the familiar backgroung color scheem do not update the new one is awfull, at least I didn't like it. Tech support is great, Ruben responded quickly and I went in and changed it back. I like the app
The only issue I have with it is that there seems to be no easy way to go back to the menu if you win a game. Otherwise great, with heaps of different games available.
Real bummer you can't reshuffle in Klondike 1. Impossible to win and makes it aggravating instead of relaxing. Truly frustrating. Would give it 5 stars if it allowed it to reshuffle.
Fantastic! Every version of solitaire you can imagine and no ads! Wish all apps were just a few bucks and no ads. Very pleased!
Love this collection. It has been the most enjoyable time doing these puzzles. The various collections that are not available in other collections makes it great.
This is a great group of Solitaire games. The graphics are very crisp - cards are clear. Great games to play while waiting at doctors and dental appointments, laundromat, waiting for car repairs or bus stops - you get the picture. Love Solitaire!!!!
After my favorite solitaire game was messed up with constant ads, I looked for one that plays well without intrusive ads. This one is a good one. There's a good variety of games available. I would say, tho, the mechanics are a bit clunky and some of the rules of play are different than other apps, making it much harder to win at some games. That is frustrating and why I didn't rate this app higher. But if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive solitaire app with no ads, check it out.
