Solution sacco ltd mobile application will allow members who sign in to enjoy the following functionalities in their FOSA and BOSA accounts, where FOSA means front office services and BOSA means back office services
1. Deposit from mpesa to any desired BOSA or FOSA account
2. Withdraw to mpesa both to self and other persons
3. Intra transfer of funds to self and other members.
4. Account balances and statements viewing for any desired account for the last six months
5. Viewing of next of kins
6. E-loan applications i.e chapaa mkononi
7. Normal loan application and guarantor request
8. Viewing of all loans guarantorship
9. Loan calculator
10. Bill payment
11. Notifications
All these among other upcoming products because our members always come 1st.

Am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service, one year, I still can't deposit to my shares account, and support only promises to call back, 1 year has now elapsed as I seek help on this. It totally negates the importance of having an account in the fist place.
Not reliable, sometimes when you want to carry out a transaction it tells you "service unavailable". Not once not twice.

It's a great interactive app for solutions Sacco account registration. I have just registered on the app. One thing it's missing is an automatic text to the phone or email. The IT department should upgrade it a little bit more.
