Piece of junk. Downloaded it and it doesn't even work. Just says the app can't open or that the app has stopped. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn't fix the issue. What good is a protection plan if you have to use an app and the app doesn't work?

If you order online you don't have a the same receipt the app becomes useless and send you online after that you are screw with the fuc. ING captcha you internet fall in between and you end up want it to fry some balls of the app developer and those moron captcha developers that image are coming all the time and repairing and so anoyoing small you can't see if there anything there. Captcha morons do you realize that people use most time smartphones we can't see those small objects on those bad qlty and small pic's so annoying. I lost all my patience.

App doesn't load anything other than the chat...I used to have my receipt information in here and its no longer showing. Also, the number to scan and send my receipt to isn't working.

Great app!! Anytime i had a question i could always speak to a live petson via the CHAT option.. And Always had great customer service with the people who i did chat with they always helped me immediately and accurately. Also very easy and fast when having to start a claim weither it would be for a damaged phone or a lost or stolen phone. Alot of good options available for your purchases.

I'm not understanding the purpose of this app. There's really no functionality I can see outside of taking with a tech, and I believe it would be easier to work through issues over the phone. Once you eliminate, seemingly the only function, it seems pointless to have the app.

I shouldn't have expected much when the app has such terrible reviews. This is about the most pathetic "extended warranty" I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor, go back to Wal-Mart and get your $4 back.

Can't see my staff that I have a plan with, this is a cheap att, that makes no sense

I was excited from sending my qr code to having that info synced in the app. But, user interface and experience was terrible. How come there is no simple my account button? I want to have my email synced to it, not just my phone #. Also how come I have to fill in brand and model #? Shouldn't that info pull in from my receipt? The app has potential but is not there yet.

I think it's absolute garbage I have to download an app in order to contact someone to help me with my issue. I bought the protection plan, I should be able to call or use a webpage. This forced app install is terrible.

App freezes anytime you try to scan a qr code - which is essential for registration. Very frustrating. Saluto customer service couldn't help either.

I think that it should let me update it instead of putting me in a catch-22. It tells me I need an update and when I click on the update button it takes me back to the thing that says uninstall or open if I click on open it takes me back to the thing that says you need an update I'm going in circles fix your app

Absolute garbage. No help. All they do is give you phone numbers to call to get any help. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!

Helpful App But It Stated It Could NOT Read The Photo Of My Walmart QR Code Receipt I Texted. Instead -- I Had To Register My Walmart Receipt Manually At The Walmart Customer Care Program Website.

App makes no sense. Shows receipt of purchase then goes to stupid chat screen. Cant see other plans....this is real junk and a waste of time. I pray this isnt an example of what the claim process will look like!

Worst possible navigation. Added an item and couldn't get back to it after leaving the app.

Was chatting with Ryan for well over an hour and he was amazing with my HP computer. I would highly recommend based on him alone!!!

Should not have to install an app on phones already small harddrive to register a warranty.

It's a good app, just should have more options on home screen.. You should have a manage account option and a add options. But absolutely amazing service. Thank you. :-)

What's the point of this app? Literally is link and spam. Upload receipt to never be able to use it... Riiiight. File a claim to never be contacted... Seems legit.

It says to up date you click the button to up date and all it does is tell you you need to update can we charge for stupidity in making my smart phones dumb
