A list of words will come up, with the biggest words first, with the number of points given with each word next to it. The app also has a semi transparent background, so that you can see the game board while using the app.

Depending on the number of letters inputted and the kind of device you own, the process of the word searching after you press enter will take more or less time, but it is generally quite fast.
