I've been using Solve on and off over the past few years with different employers. Their product and service are so exemplary that I find myself evangelizing for them accidentally. Solve is highly flexible as a CRM platform, making it an easy choice for virtually any business model.
We've been using solve CRM for 3 years or so which worked well but I found it was a bit difficult to navigate. The user interface seems a bit outdated and the lack of a mobile app made it difficult for my sales team to effectively use. After talking to a Solve Client Manager representive we decided to switch. We found that the user interface is significantly easier to use, changing the platform from 'something my salesteam were required to enter information into' to a tool they wanted to use. There are still a few things I would like to see, but the development team has been extremely responsive by actively seeking constructive criticism and trying to learn how their users use their system. I would highly recommend this product for any small business.
Is amazing that's setting up systems that's equivalent to execute and have organize administrative assistant in the palm of your hand great job I like it I ain't tested yet. But what I know of it is something that I definitely need quick simplicity it has the ability to execute without looking like you need four-year degree congratulations I will be putting it into function ASAP like right now
For me, this has been the best initiation into any 'system' that promises efficiency and enhanced productivity. Not only is Client Manager as intuitive as the intro video and website make it appear, the depth at which it allows you to visualize and manage contact/product relationships is mind blowing for a phone app. Did I mention reporting? An additional add-in allows you to export your data/sales/contacts into reports. The best part of my experience with Solve Client Manager so far has to be their preemptive customer service...for a trial subscription! They have been offering assistance and helpful suggestions from day one. Am I sold? In 3 days I have uploaded all contacts, inventory, established relationships between them, understand the filtering and contact management, and it is being utilized as an effective tool today. Just began learning the Reports, but I foresee some streamlining of systems (not just reporting) through its functionality. Yes...this is a product that I understand, can manage, and because of its ease of use, is a sales management tool that will make me money and save me time. By the way, if your trial is anything like mine you will be sold too!
We've been Solve users for over five years and this is the app that we've been waiting for. We use Solve for recurring relationships and contacts that we meet with and run into on a regular basis so having all of the power of Solve desktop and then some in a mobile app is a game changer. Slick interface and tons of features. While there is always room for improvement, this is the app we've always wanted and in retrospect needed for our business. Thanks!
Solve is the best CRM around, and the mobile experience just keeps getting better. I've used Solve's services for years and the customer service and functionality is top notch. Does way more than advertised or expected. It's one of the most valuable tricks of my trade.
I have used the CRM products from Norada for many years and I am totally happy with the features, interface and reliability. I am excited about this new product as it even further meets my needs in running my company. Norada, great products and excellent customer service.
So far so good... Great for looking up accounts. Easy access is the name of the game for me and my sales team...

Installed, tried to login, got a message that I had to write email to... uninstalled the app

Dragging down too fast refreshes the page. I wish they'd just put a button to refresh because I end up spending 99% of the time on here accidentally refreshing rather than actually doing what I'm trying to do. The IA is decent, and the UX is okay, but could be improved, but the app's UX is not as egregious as the webapp itself. For that, I give an extra star.
