Great app for banking purposes. Only downfall is when password expires the app, it does not tell you. I tried resetting it on the website and it would deny me as well. Every once in a while I have to call the bank to get access again. It's annoying, but the workers are always eager to help.

I had never tried depositing a check via an app, but it was quite easy. My only question/complaint is the instructions I received from SomersetFCU instructions say to click on Deposit (on the bottom) but it's actually at the top of the webpage. Should make that clear. Otherwise, no issues.

I can't log in and it keep disappearing from my phone for some reason

I have been using this app for some time and I did like it. All of a sudden it wouldn't open. I tried deleting and reinstalling it several times but it won't work anymore. System says there is a bug in the app.

This app has improved greatly and when the app does malfunction, there are people ready to take your call and assist right away.

Will not open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and updated my phone and restarted it several times to no avail.

This app has so many errors. Too often you cannot even check your account through the app or online. With all of the required maintenance, it makes one wonder how secure it actually is.

Little difficulty with taking pictures of check to deposit but all other features are great.

It takes them a couple weeks to fix bugs.

Our family has been with the Credit Union since it's inception and it has only gotten better. Great employees that are very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you're not a member you're really missing out on a great institution.

After recent update I can no longer open the app. Please fix for Android users.

Horrible. Old app was much better. Edit - app now locks my account if I try and pay a bill with it. Transferring all my money into another bank.

SFCU saves money from this new platform and it shows. This application is absolute garbage. This app does not save password for client, also no longer utilizes fingerprint recognition. The entire user interface is poorly built and limits the advanced customization the previous app offered. All of this paired up with the fact that the previous app was much better. Thanks for the downgrade and incovience SFCU!

What a downgrade from the old app. Absolutely terrible. How do you invest money into creating a new app and make it worse then the old app. Should have kept the old app and invested money in phone pay.
