If you are not already enrolled in Online Banking, download the Somerset Mobile Banking App and click the First Time User link to set-up both your Mobile Banking and Online Banking account. Once established you’ll have the convenience of both Online Banking and Mobile Banking to help make managing your accounts easier and more convenient.

11/1/2021 App will not start after phone updated to android 12. Developer email returns "permanent error". Local branch offered some suggestions I had already tried. 11/3 android 12 security update fixed it. 1/12/22, 1/5/22 android security update broke it again. 1/24/22 update fixed it. Thanks.
I love this application... My only struggle is to update into new version...ask for a credit card # I fouded unsafe 😏
Horrible app. Very limited features/functions. The check deposit function rarely works properly or accepts check images. The check deposit limit is very low, and the delay in clearing checks is too long, typically delayed by at least one or more business days just for using the app versus depositing at a branch or atm. And the app is down often.
App has stopped working, seemingly with a recent Android update. I only get the message the the app keeps stopping, it won't even load/open to try and access the login page.
App keeps crashing. Re-downloaded and it still occurs.
Very good app but needs to show more information like check number and person written from. Also would be nice if it had a picture of the check like it does when you make a mobile deposit.
If I can give it 0 stars, I would! Latest Android updates renders this app useless as it crashes upon start. Please fix!

FIX THIS APP
I've had it. THE PROBLEM IS: I received a new debit & I wanted to add to this APP. With the help of 2 BANK MANAGERS I can not get into app. WHAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF ABOUT THIS BANK.. I HAD TO CALL AAA FOR 5 GALLONS OF GAS WHILE AT THE GAS STATION . Once again I was DECLINED, for $20 of gas. THE CAR STALLED AT THE Pump. I WAS PUSHED TO THE SIDE, CALLED AAA, & WAS VERY LATE. OUR GAS GAUGE in car is BROKEN. MY husband took it but did not write the mileage to keep tract.

App was rendered useless when upgrading from an s10 to an s22 ultra, when I try to open it I get a white screen, nothing loads, it just sits like that. So helpful. Trying to contact the developer and like others said it failed to send, error 550 user not know. Good job having useful support for your app [sarcasm]. Fix this asap
