It is so nice and convenient to use. All the info and accessibility as going on a computer. I really enjoy using the remote check deposit feature, especially during the holiday season, when I have family sending checks. Transferring funds between accounts is also seamless, and adjusted usually instantly.

This app is horrible. If you try to connect from outside your phone you get garbledygook... they wont fix it... says they cant but other banks dont have the problem. The bank is great with the exception of this program. I have been with them a long time even moved out of state and kept them but this is a problem and they need to fix it.

Consistent issues. I follow the instructions to deposit checks; tells me that instructions were not followed. Still have to go to branch office to make deposit. App says my password was incorrect on several occasions, had to reset. Password was written down and not wrong. Customer service not always available. When they are, they're not always able to fix the problem. We will be closing our account in the near future bc of app issues, among other things.

Super Easy to Use! Much more convenient that any other banking app I have used. You can manage multiple accounts, make transfers between accounts or to another person's account, deposit checks, make wire transfers and much more!

Recently opened an checking account at the Connellsville Branch. It was quick and easy. The teller asked me all the right questions, covered every base an did an excellent job of making sure that I understood everything. They're definitely clearing the high bar with room to spare.

I have been using this app since I had an account and it is so convenient. Especially when I am running low and I need to transfer some money while I am in line checking out. Only thing I don't like is that you can't see the actual transaction information until you get your statement.

Once administration mde my ccount functional, it couldnt be easier. I live on the road and almost NEVER get home to visit a branch. Why not 5 stars? The limited 6 transfers each month is too hard to anticipate and lways run out of wireless transactions. Great bank and great app.

It is very simple to use and i have not had trouble using this app. It has helped me out alot to also be able to transfer funds directly to my son, since we are each others accts for back up, it makes it getting money to him within seconds now that he is in college. If i have any questions or problems they are taken care of rite away. Thank you for all that you do.

Love it for ease of use and availability, BUT after months of use I discovered one problem, below the endorsement line (under your signature) it asks you to write For STC Mobile Deposit Only, I would say over%50 of the time when I'm trying to deposit the check it stops me because it doesn't recognize that I have done that. Most of the time I just retake the picture but I have had to rewrite the check. Fix this and I would give it a five with rave reviews!

The current and available balance is always up to date and transactions update at least every 24 hours. I'm very happy with the stc anywhere app and all staff and employees throughout this bank.

100 miles from Bedford County and I didn't have the necessary funds in my checking account to purchase an item. With the touch of a few digits on the phone the increase to my checking was noted right away which allowed me the funds to purchase the item.

Been a customer since I was a kid and havr always had a great experience both in person and with the mobile banking. Great way to keep a close eye on finances

Good Experience! Wish pending was able to be seen (only negative). They update regularly and I feel secure about my info.

This app makes using my account very convenient. I can check all of my transactions easily. Also, I use it to transfer funds to a family member's STC account.

4.0, except photos of checks do not come up when I tap the phone icon for each check. Thus, since I do not write the checks and they are sent from my mobile banking , I never never know the payee. Rating: 3.5.

Works great. Good to have especially now when getting to the bank is difficult. I love it. Over a year later I still love. Saves so much time. Ok much later and I am still so happy with this app. Great job.

Love it. Its convenient and I always know what is spent and where. Wish I could do more than 5 transfers a month from savings online. Love that I can transfer money easily to loved ones. My whole family has STC

Like it, wish there was a way we had more transfers in a cycle though .I do alot of business and transfer very often between accounts on the go, but this only allows you so many transfers in a cycle.

The app sometimes won't let me login, saying that it can't validate the user. It also will only show one of my accounts, but not my second account.

Not a very exciting or clean design. There were a few times were i needed access, but the app was down.

Great bank !! But please can you update the mobile app to show pending charges and deposits. This would make it so much easier for customers to use online banking.

Never had any major issues with this app. works great everytime. love all the choices of things to do by mobile. keep up the great work STC

This is a very helpful app, which is easy to navigate and work with. You can do most banking tasks through the app.
