A complete suite of transactions is available on the Mobile APP. Soneri APP provides the transactional suite which includes Account and Balance Inquiry, Card management and statement, Account Statement, Funds transfer both local i.e. ( within bank ) and between switch member banks i.e. ( Interbank ), Bill Payments like utilities, Telco’s Top-ups, Airline and online shopping. Soneri APP can be used on all Android & IOS smart phones / Tablets.

It is a humble request to introduce biometric verification on this app. Standard chartered bank has already facilitated it's clients. I hope soneri will also introduce this facility as it is not possible for everyone to visit the respective branches. I have moved to other city and it is not possible to travel. Otherwise we are left with no option to close our accounts.

Too bad. From the last three days, the app is not working at all. Too much bugs. Most of the time, app is not responding. And from the last three days, its showing a message, NO TRUSTED CERTIFICATE FOUND, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE NEW APPLICATION. And when i click the download button, it redirects me to my old app page which is already installed. Either Soneri Bank gives a damn about customer satisfaction or they just have a very bad IT & App Dev department.

It has been very helpful. Sometimes the app doesn't work but it never shows wrong details plus most of the times have come handy. Easy to transfer, see one's statement and offers available with the card. Thanks for bringing this app and living up on customers' satisfaction

Horribly designed app. Lacks many basic features such as e-commerce, IBAN number check. Whenever I try to add beneficiary it fails to send me my pin on email. Always logs off or fails to connect to server. Disappointing and absolutely pathetic app.

From a few days Soneri Android App is throwing, "No trusted certificate found" error and not logging in, I have the latest App from the play store, tried with different phones, it's the same issue. Please let us know how to fix and login. It used to be a nice App recently it's becoming useless

one very big flaw in this app is that there is no available option for retrieving your password if you forget, especially if you are abroad, then this is impossible and you will never be able to use this app, i am using apps of different banks, they all are providing in app option for retrieving your password, in this way this app is useless now for me because i have no option available for retrieving my password, even i contacted help line, but they are also helpless to solve my issue,

Not competitive as compare to others like HBL. 1- login method is very basic. Now other apps are having finger print, complex passwords or OTP methods. 2- Screenshot is not allowed. 3- Transaction details are not available. 4- No separate online transaction password. 5- unnecessary charges for mobile banking where others are offering it for free. For more details regarding improvement , I will charge.

I think the password length should be increased from 8 characters to increase security. There should also be an option to login via biometric authentication (fingerprint) in the app as well.

Kindly check mobile apps for HBL and Ubl. Your app needs to be revamped ASAP. It doesn't seem properly thought through Session timeout is irritatingly less. Can't even switch back and forth between other apps without having to log back into account

Bad of all other bank Apps, it never functions accordingly, particularly when u r in need of it. Being a customer for the past 12yrs, I've never found SBL with improved services in any of it's areas. Whether it's about online App, direct bank services (worst), online transferring & particularly approving the amount in to the local account, sent from foreign exchange. It always takes them 10 days. It just sucks. I'd never recommend to open an acc with SBL. UBL is best, HBL & ABL r also far better

Very disappointed. I tried twice to add utility bill. Received mob password instantly but never got email password. Tried 2nd time as well, same results. In fact now that it is over 10 minutes, never got any password email. BUT got email that I logged in. Checked secondary email, checked spam. NOTHING.

My limited use of this app indicates that it is ok to use, but the graphics look premature and the login should be saved, with only the password required. I have an issue with the e-commerce session. I have been getting it activated for two days now, with my Netflix payment being rejected because 'the card issuer declined the payment'. So the call agents blatantly lie, wasting 5 minutes of your time verifying everything before activating the session, and never telling you the firstly, you should use card 5 minutes after the session(multiple attempts before 5 minutes got my card blocked by Netflix for 24 hours) and also that there is a back end problem and that's why the card is not working. Only ONE agent out of 5 or 6 I talked to yesterday, explained to me that the payment is not going through because of an issue at our end. Please fix your systems Soneri, why must one complain to get things done, shouldn't they be getting done automatically?

13th Jan 13 days gone by after my complaint, and NOT EVEN a comment yet!!! How PATHETIC is that!!!?!!! Doesn't let you log in. Says "No Trusted Certificate found"!!! I believe I have the latest version of your mobile app, as no option for an update is visible anywhere! I've tried several times but it fails to log in every single time!Kindly resolve ASAP!

It won't let me to complete the registration process, after giving all the req info when clicked on "Registration" there is an error as "alert notification as" no trust certificate found". I did reinstall it but still the same error

Very basic version. No fingerprint ID. Even complete password has to be entered unlike web version which has superior method to enter password and hence keeps phishers away. Unstalled it within mins after downloading.

Security protocols have been changed but app is not upgraded, so can't login thru app. Although web app is working but it is not convenient to use it every time. Update Android app immediately.

Soneri was good before upgrade...since they said they r upgrading services...every thing stopped working its been 2 years now... i m fedup with technical difficulties...a never end story at Soneri...even a balance check wont work when u need to know...sms notifications never tell u any transactions...not even online app until the next day bank opens... disaster...

The app works fine but has MAJOR security flaws. 1. It doesn't let me create a password more than 8 characters. 2. There is no confirmation code when you login or One time pass code sent to email or sms. just write username and password and you are in. I feel unsafe for my funds using the internet banking.

Application is not working from yesterday, always saying to download new version. Hence, in play store old version app existed. What's this? Very frustrated regarding this app. I have to send payment thru mob app to suppliers faraway from me. Always I'm facing trouble.
