Clean looking but difficult to navigate to start with. Also, you can't use the app to answer calls, checking with Sonetel Support, I was informed that it was still in development and would be available in a few months. No good when I need it next week.
So far a big disappointment. Could not sign up for service. Took several days of working with support to get an account activated. Now,I am trying to make call. App is super unintuitive. Finding a place where to dial a number is next to impossible. To this point I keep running into an issue of 'no available contacts with thisnumbet'. I have no idea what this means but I am unable to place any calls. Tried dialing with country code with + and country code. No dice. So far useless.
Disappointed to say the least! Latest update broke the app. App freezes on startup on android Os and crashes on iOs. Uninstalling and reinstalling diid not help. Have sent an email to the developer to no avail.!! Used to be a great app. Not anymore!!! EDIT: The problem has finally been resolved. App is more responsive than before. Contact list also fixed! Sonetel deserves my 5 stars now!!
Sonetel provides a very useful service where you can route calls anywhere in the world. While I experienced a few issues porting numbers in and out of the service as I moved countries, Sonetel's customer service was always responsive and helpful, and their calling rates are second to none. Highly recommended!
Okay so app is powerful and simple to use. At first I was having problem to find the calling option but support team navigated me through the app and found the feature also gonna use chat plug-in on my website to see all the conversation at one place. Looking forward to see advance features in chat plug-in. As of know it is good but it can be more Powerful and advance But the mean purpose of app which is calling multiple countries with local no is amazing and that's why I will give full starts.
i've been usinf the sonotel app for a short time, but i think the service i subscribe to, it was and it is exactly what i needed to run my business from afar and keep my customers close
Fantastic service with affordable price! I really enjoyed being with Sonetel for almost a year.. Besides that the support team is always responsive and helpful handling all my raised concerns.. Keep it up and keep enahncing Sonetel app to be with better interface and functionality.
I have been using Sonetel service for almost 1.5 years now. The service works great however there are too many features which might get overwhelming at first. The call forwarding works flawlessly. The only area of improvement I can think of is to have longer time on the web app for incoming -calls before the call is forwarded to your preferred number. Lastly their post sale/technical support is thorough, professional and patient. Recommended!
Our experience with Sonetel has been great. We subscribed to the service over three years ago and the quality of call transfers to our customer lines has been flawless, making our business global and competitive. The customer service has been great many times we needed changes or had issues with a line that needed reconnection, and resolved within 24 hours. I will certainly recommend the service and expand our business with Sonetel.
I am currently using Sonetel since last 1 month. The rates they offer are the lowest to make/receive calls along with a fantastic customer support and timely closure of queries by the representatives. I really appreciate their effort and would like to recommend their services to others as well.
Update: I have had this app for two months, multiple emails with customer service and it has never worked. I just received an email that my problem was resolved when they know it was not. They are happy to take your money for a app they know does not work
Have been using it since 2017, happy with the connectivity and the pricing.
The App is worse than 5 years ago. I can't find where to set forwarding number. None of the five buttons at the bottom works. The most important function is hidden in nowhere. And it keeps saying lost connection. My connection is good for all other apps. I am able to have video conferences with Zoom. It's definitely a bug. When I tried the service, there is a annoying announcement. After the first call, I bought the number. Then the service is totally blocked, because of ID verification pending.
The Sonetel app is a great way to manage your virtual phone number on the go! It has most of the features available on the online portal. One aspect that i encountered some difficulty with was accessing billing information through the app, im unsure if the feature is unavailable or perhaps i just havent been able to find it. Nonetheless, Sonetel app is a good complement to the online portal and there is very good and efficient technical support! I would highly recommend this service!
I have been using this app for more than 3 months now. The customer service and in general the app has been exceptional.
The app will allow you to make and receive good voice calls, I found it pretty intuitive and easy to use. The only serious issue I have discovered so far is that you can't enter numbers and special symbols like # when call is in progress, which can be a problem when making calls to businesses with voice prompts
Sonitel user for the last 3 years. No iota of complaint so far. Got several US numbers with them. Voice clarity is perfect. Price is reasonable enough. Customer service is highly responsive in case of queries. And to crown it all, they have an automatic voice calls record feature! I highly recommend!
I recently subscribed for a Canadian virtual number. I have been able to recieve calls internationally on my local number. The support team is very responsive and were able to clarify my questions.
2 best things about the app. First, its easy to use. Second, is the prompt reply and assistance of the customer service team.

I consisten service, calls never get to ring, no way of checking balance, they lie about giving you premium plan and extra credits, they don't
App with the fake promises. It shows for free trial while signing up. After sign up no free trial found. Please don't sign up there as it is just a waste of time.

It was so difficult finding a provider for a virtual phone number with all these options from voice-mail to caller ID with easy setup. The support is exceptional and very responsive with always a helpful mindset and spirit. You will be lucky if Devi K is on your case. If this app is still in Beta and it's that good, then the app is expected to be more than great! Things I would like to see is better rates to the UAE as that's where I'm based at the moment .
Sonetel is a FRAUD. No requirement was communicated to me but until I made payment. This is not a false accusation. My money was taken, told my authentic documents and info were not acceptable. And after exchanging countless emails, no refund was made. It is not my business if you are a a registered company. Then I assumed the problem is where I registered from, AFRICA. Do the honorable thing by making a refund. You don't want me as a client, yet you took my money. Isn't that FRAUD?

The app is easy to navigate through and you can recharge/refill your nerves as per your requirement. The customer support team is very friendly and responsive. Initially I had many doubts about using virtual phone number and anxiety that how it would work out for overseas job seeking. However, when I started using it with help of support team, things started to seems super easy. I have been using the Sonetel app for more than a week now and the experience have been very good. The support team resolved the onboarding issues quickly and I was able to start using the service on same day I signed up for the new number. No issues till date. The portal is very simple to co figure and very straightforward.

I have been using Sonetel for about 4 years now and my experience has been fantastic! The UI is very smooth and user friendly and has all the features one needs. The call quality is excellent and their plans are very reasonably priced. Recently I had some issue with calls not getting forwarded. When I contacted their customer support by email, I got a prompt response and their support person called me and resolved the issue. Their customer support is amazing! I highly recommend Sonetel!
