SongPop 2 - Guess The Song

I used to love this game but it's not the same anymore after coming back to it. There's way too many ads, like one after every match and it puts me off. And it says I have "too many games" and I love have 28. I used to be able to have as many as I want. Also it prompts you for a free vip trial but then if you click on it, it actually charges you right away so it's a good thing I caught that quickly. Not to mention, the app is clunky, laggy, freezes often and causes my s22 to overheat. Ugh..

Just saw that you are DOUBLING the price for VIP subscriptions and it is good in both song pop 2 and 3. I dont play 3 because it's so poorly designed, its awful. Been playing with you from the beginning, and a VIP for the past several years. Force this change on me (and others) and I will sadly stop playing. Love the game, hate the manipulation. Make changes in 3 and leave the Classic alone!!

The announcement today means my subscription is being updated... to be double the current level. That's not ok. I've been playing Songpop for nearly 10 years, subscribed in one form or another for most of that time and made loads of friends through it, but that stops when the new subs come in.

2018 Good way to discover some new music and enjoy hearing favourites too. The scoring process and rules/bonus systems are pretty vague but it's still a bit of fun. May 2022 The monthly mission is a good addition to the game to keep you playing. Just don't expect the rewards to be in line with how much skill and effort is required with some missions/levels! My suggestions for improvement are review mission scoring and rewards, also mastery display badge cost otherwise it's a good music game.

Great and very addictive! I have been playing for a long time, several years and I'm still not tired of it. However, I changed my star rating because of the latest changes to the VIP subscription. I am not sure that the latest changes are anything other than an increase in price. Since I am not playing Sonpop 3, and not interested at all, I will be canceling my subscription...maybe quit playing altogether.

Fixing a bug creates only new ones, it's now a mute on song number 2 and 4! 1,3 and 5 play fine but this makes it impossible to play...very annoying and Fresh Planet won't do anything about since it is over a year now.😭Countless updates but no real fix....i wonder if any VIP's experience this? And CONSTANTLY the same add, that's the real gamekiller😤

Fun to play with friends but the coins and tickets take way too long to accrue. The ads are utterly ridiculous. Way too many, too long. When ads can actually deter you from playing the game something is off.

It works, but add an option to not continue a game. Having to close the app fully and loading it up again to return to the home screen without challenging someone back is utterly obnoxious.

Was a regular VIP player with my partner, the recent change to VIP and the price increase has forced us to quit the game. Which is a shame because we really enjoyed playing. This game is nothing more than a money making machine now which is ironic seeing as this change has probably reduced their player base drastically.

The game itself is brilliant. However, the amount of ads (which keep increasing) are making it unplayable. The ads either go on for ever, or just freeze the ap. The new challenges function is a waste of time too.

Ok I deleted my previous review since no one has got back to me in about 4 days. Almost a year I was off songpop I decided to join last week to see that they still had the issue it kicks me out then no ads no sound 4 times in a day at least when I got back. This is 4 years now. I am not impressed. Each time same excuse but this is my 3rd device where they kept blaming my device If I could give half a star or no star I would. Service has also got worse. Do not download this game! Waste of time

can't sign in with Facebook and when I try to sign in with email it says password is incorrect even after I just changed it. So I clink send me a link for password and the link just sends me to the page showing where to download game. When I play on my phone, it's super slow and kicks me out. I have emailed the app and they yet to reply.

I've been playing for years & I've learned a lot of great new songs & reminded of older songs, love it. Chatted w/some great people too from all over the world. I pay the $4.99/mo, which is the only game I pay for & worth it, never a dull moment.

Love songpop - been playing for at least 10 years- it has quite a few glitches and every so often I have to Uninstall it then reinstall it for the app to work properly which has caused me to lose points and extra points etc but I pay $5 a month and love playing and chatting w people all over the country

I've been playing this game for 5+ years, and within that time being subscribed as VIP, paying under £4 a month. The other week they announced a new subscription service which means that the price will now be doubled. This is fair enough for Diamond VIP players who have their subscription halved. However, some of us can't afford that kind of price for a game and it disheartens me knowing that the creaters would rather put profit over loyal players. You will lose loads of subscribers so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Been playing this game for years as a VIP and love it but am not happy that Diamond VIP is being forced on us at double the cost. I for one won't be able to afford the increase so sadly will leave the game if there's not a rethink as I can't stand all the ads during play.

I use to love this game. But it has a glitch where the songs are silent. Use to happen 1/2 times a month now it's 5/6 times per week. There's a second glitch where the music from the ads, plays over your songs during each round! The adverts have increased dramatically, making it not as enjoyable. Friend's won't play me anymore because of the amount of ads. You can't 'x' them, you wait 5-10 seconds, then click X then wait another 5-10 seconds for each ad! and again just to return to home page.

Lately I've been having issues with crashing,freezing,no sound. I've had to uninstall and reinstall too many times. Works for a few games,then gets worse like crashing after every other game. I love this game, but this is getting ridiculous. Emailed and was asked to take screen shots, but how do you take screen shots of issues I have explained????

The app is fun,but this most recent update keeps just playing the info update music and giving me a blue screen. Please fix this. I've reinstalled the app at least 3 times and the problem persists.

Subscription doubles in June? A week ago I would have given 5 stars.. A few months ago SP tried to encourage VIP subscribers to subscribe to diamond by removing adds in tournament, quickly returned them due to people threatening to unsubscribe, not threatening this time.. I have unsubscribed, shame, it's been a brilliant game for years, now it's a money making machine with bots communicating.

Game is glitchy a lot...It loads as far as to select an opponent then endless record spinning. We should not lose our streaks because of your tech failure. **edit....After uninstalling and re-installing it is working again, but this happens pretty often. I love the game when it works correctly . Done with this game....it is advertising VIP and will not allow me to log in without paying for VIP

I had been playing this game for over 4 years because it's so addicting...but starting next month the subscription option is increasing from $5 to $10 and that's truly disappointing.

No way am I paying double for another game I don't even play. Without VIP the game is intolerable because of the ads. No choice but to stop subscribing and uninstall.

Charging more for VIP! I don't want to play both song pops. I will play one and just unsub. I don't know why you can't just upgrade it like you did with one to two.

June price change is just money grabbing. I've played Songpop 2 for 8 years as a VIP member but I can't justify spending $9.99 per month on a game, so sadly it's time to call it a day.

The game is fun but I won't pay double to stay VIP. The Diamond VIO was already too much. I will leave as soon as the VIP option goes up.
