Sonocent Link

The app seems to be stuck in some sort of boot loop, it wont load past the initial load up page and then crashes my phone (samsung galaxy 10) after a few minutes of being on that screen. Such a good idea for an app, especially since I was advised it would help me with my dyslexia, feel bad since my uni said they would pay for it shame it doesn't work . Need to find a better alternative.

Works fine on my phone. When I try and use it on my Google pixel book the formatting is so bad I can not enter my username and pin as I can't even see the boxes time insert them into. needs looking at please EDIT: prompt responce from developer. fixed problem. Many thanks.

Only useful for individual accounts. Otherwise must be on employer's (if they're providing the software) wireless network and that network must allow you to connect your personal device (or provide one to you) with the properly authenticated credentials.

It's stuck on the open up screen where it is frozen and can't use it especially first time going into uni and not working. Edit have to swipe left would be an advantage to put an symbol or something to indicate to swipe

Got Sonocent as part of a DSA package. All set up fine on laptop, but can't get past the log in/product key page on this app. ?? Can't find product key as it was pre installed prior to getting delivery of IT equipment?? Any suggestions?

I have re downloaded the app and it is still crashing. It wont load past the white screen and microphone. I have emailed support but somehow the emails keep bouncing back.

First lecture back at uni, pressed record and the whole app jammed and had to be uninstalled. Thanks a lot...missed vital information due to the app not working.

This worked fine on my Samsung and an iPhone 6. It will not open at all on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Useless. I'm now really stuck has had come to rely on this app on my old handset.

Haven't used the app yet. As soon as i opened my phone told the app is made for an older version of Android. I noticed it hasnt been updated since 2018...

saw it in action at convention, but app doesn't have Audio notetaker, and the desktop version not taking notes as i had seen demo. had high hopes.

I have a Google pixlebook and it's not letting me sign into my sonocent account even though the app is downloaded on my computer. it won't let me type in my pin or anything I'm really confused.

I downloaded this app to use with the software but there's literally nowhere for me to log in or interact with the app at all when I open it up.

Bad for note taking. You can not upload slides onto chromebooks and online can upload one picture.

It keeps asking for a pin when I enter there serial number it still wont let me log in " No licence was found matching these details"

Help!! I just get this. I have the program on my computer but I don't know how to get my phone to move pass this companion app page.

It won't open on my Samsung edge 7 - at all! Just have a blank screen with the green logo and nothing else. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Seems to be stuck on the start page but I'm going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps

I downloaded this application to my phone for school. It wont allow me to register so i can login to use the application.
