So far I have FINALLY managed to pair and synchronize my readings. I was hoping that when I paired and synchronized, the date and time would correct itself, but no it doesn't. There's nowhere in the app where I can adjust the date and time, so my readings are incorrect. Also, there is no drop down menu for note taking as noted in the manual.

Frustrated. Worked well the first 2 weeks after purchase, and the DEVICE still works. But the app went down. Then it was back. I reinstalled, twice. It won't take my old password, and I can't reset a new one. I got a reset link in my email that does not work--several times. Decent device, messed up app.

Can't log into app. Some of my readings don't seem to catch obvious things wrong. Sometimes it notes something that could be really dangerous, but now I can't even log into the app to view it again. Pairing this monitor with a mandatory app is a dumb idea. We should be able to review past readings right there on the device.

The unit itself does a very POOR job of analysis. All too often “no abnormalities” yet the trace itself may show erratic activity as well as what I physically experience. User’s guide: "you can edit/add notes to the tracings" = NOT true! Questioned them on that and was informed that it is in beta testing, no target date. Cust Svc is basically non existent: 2 msgs to them, only 1 answered; + 1 "ticket" opened, no response to that either. Online review by a cardiologist: "does not recommend".

was good, now few problems....purchased unit from Amazon last year, thought it was best on mkt. Good EKG representation/accurate/but poor delivery of results in PDF. My cardio loved it. Don't use this as a crutch---u need help, SEEK help!! A yr later, unit does not keep accurate time, off by 45 mins. Even as sugg. switch off/on for reading seconds mode. Changes date OK- but return later for a new reading, STILL reverts to error in date. unfortunate, cuz I liked this unit A LOT.

I had an issue where I was getting an error trying to open the app. After a couple of emails it was fixed and seems to be working fine in tandem with the product. I will contue to use the product and app, and would recommend to others.

UPDATED 1 WEEK LATER: SonoHealth Founder and CEO, Dan Stoyan, sent me an email wanting to know about the problems I had that led to my low (initial) rating, and apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to LISTEN and do everything in his power to make it a better experience. He and his team absolutely succeeded! They fixed the problems on their end. I did still have to create another new account via the app but it worked beautifully this time, allowing me to complete the onboarding steps and download my data from the EKGraph device to my phone. Having to still create a new account *almost* got them four stars instead of five. But their excellent communications and support results more than made up for it, so FIVE STARS! :) Nice work and best wishes going forward! (Original 1-star review is below for reference.) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - CHAIN VALIDATION FAILED That's all I get when I try to sign up inside the app, or if I try to use the "forgot password" link in the app. I sure hope the developer fixes this. I only gave it one star since there is no way for me to tell if I like the app or not (assuming it eventually works), and so at this point, I guess I do hate it. Is there any other app out there that will work with the SonoHealth EKGraph device? If this is not fixed soon, I will return the EKGraph to Amazon before the return-window closes. At which point I will suggest a name change from SonoHealth to SonoVabich.

Can't Synch; probably due to the big Android update that just happened. Basically, just unpacked this thing, the device itself is fine and is reading but the app will not synch data. Sucks if I have to return this all because an app wasn't updated in time.

Initially had a 'Server Error' but their support department quickly fixed. Syncs well once you get used to it. Desktop app also works well but hard to find on website. Overall does its job well now. Thanks!

3 months after purchase and I still can get it to sync or let me log in. The EKG results are good but with no registration/log in, I can't share any results with my doctor. The app mentions a log in update, but it does not work . Very disappointing product.

Great PRODUCT, faulty app. The product itself is amazing but I can't sync it to my app and thats the main reason I bought this, so my dr could access my readings. If I cant sync with app, I will use the 60 day money back guarantee on the product and by a different product.

Great App for SonoHealth EKGraph ECG monitor. App lets you access ecg readings from the device, and you can save, or print (pdf) as many readings as you would like. Direct transfer from device to phone via Bluetooth using this app. No subscription fees, no waiting for cloud upload or 3rd party.

I got my SonoHealth EKG Monitor today and the app will NOT let me in!!! It says "server error" 🤬 this is NOT ok!!!!! I want to be able to adjust stuff and look at my results more in depth and I can't! If I had known the app would not work at all, I would of gotten a different monitor. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!

The app is ok. But the manual says you can enter notes into the specific reading, but this seems to have been eliminated as the is no drop down menu icon. Kind of a bummer.

Too great. It is very accurate, no annoying ads, sends notifications when there are abnormal results quickly. This is an app worth using for those who care about health.

I find it very useful for monitoring arrhythmias. There are three modes to display and record the ECG trace. All are useful. I find it consistent and easy to use. Good value.

Unable to update as suggested by SonoHealth 3/20/20 email to me. I went to Google app as email suggested. Only options are "Uninstall" and "open." Email says not to uninstall. When I press open it has me sign in and goes to my old readings. Does not update the app or add recent readings.

Works except extremely difficult to send graphs to cardiologist. Have to save them 1 by 1 to drive. When downloading by USB to computer you can't read the graphs so that is useless.

Even though its paired it won't sync. Customer service tab not working. Asks for birthdate but it wants you to literallyscroll back 40 years???? Unable to transfer readings without the app. Not pleased about this.

It always gives me the most accurate, most reliable results. It gives the correct readings, shows the exact heart rate. Very satisfied with it.

I paid for the full version immediately after trying the ad version twice and have no regrets. The bpm matches my Samsung apps (within 1-2 bpm of my recent weight at the hospital) so it would be nice to have more graphs to save and show my doctor if needed.

I use the app every day to help identify when my AFIB is acting like a kid. I don't consider it 100% accurate but will recognize when I'm going through a high. Always seek professional advice on heart problems. The app has helped me a lot in determining when to go to the doctor. I absolutely love this app. I had some problems with my heart and gave it to my doctor today and he compared what I got here with his office and he said it was very commendable . Well worth the money for the full version

Fast and accurate test. It always gives accurate results, sends notifications when the heart beats slow, abnormally fast. It tests very quickly, reliably. Very good!

I received this device as a Christmas gift and was having trouble registering it so tried again today 4/1/2020 and still not able to register. When trying to register there's a outdated pop up calendar from 4/2019 and when i try to input my BD i can't get passed April. I uninstalled and will try at a later date. My son purchased it from Amazon so i will be posting a review on their site. Please fix.

It is very accurate because when I was in the hospital, I tested it with the hospital equipment and I found that the 2 devices gave the same results. That makes me feel a lot more confident in this app.

For me, this is the best app I have used, it works great, cycles perfectly, always monitors my heart rate and sends notifications in a timely manner. Very good.

Love it! Its accuracy is perfect. This app has no annoying ads, works great. It keeps track all the time. I feel very satisfied with it.

Can't login. Tried to create new accnt but app says I already have an accnt. Not a good start for an improved app. OK. I changed pw and got in. Not sure why I have a login pw and register pw, neither one can I see. Email comes to one accnt an login to another. App asks for year of birth, but pop-up calendar wants day month and year. If login want email why have a user name.
