This is the most user friendly banking app I've ever used. Any issues we have had have been due to having a new account and needing to be established, not to the app itself. Looking forward to being able to utilize all of it's features!
Friendly, always ready to answer any questions. We appreciate them when we are out of town - we can transfer funds quickly and easily to take care of any emergencies as we travel!
Generally a good app, but now that I got a new phone it tells me that I can't do anything because of a screen overlay when my Facebook Messenger app isn't even open. FIX THE PROBLEM PLEASE
This App has saved me a lot of time, and a lot of gas. The app pays for itself, although it is free.
Excellent application, very useful and in depth features.
It does everything I need in Bank application. it'd be cool if I could transfer money by doing Bank transfers with the application but that would be having my ice cream and eating my cake at the same time and I'm a damn grown up grown ups don't get their cake and get to eat it too! And my house just burnt down the day after Christmas thanks Santa Claus you open-faced sandwich eating loser. love the soo co-op credit Union application it is my go-to application for checking my banking account.
Does what its supposed to do! All my info is available with high accuracy.
Always being logged out and having to log in and etc etc etc gets kinda 9old...
Needs to support Face ID, credit card pay-off, and account to account transfer.

Love the easy access to my account 100% the best banking app.
The app is okay. But, I'm beyond irked with the fact that not only do I have to reset a password once every few months, but apparently, my FINGERPRINTS need to be done again along with it. Nobody else has my damn fingerprint. Why should I have to update them? THEY DON'T CHANGE! Please, change this. It's just plain stupid!
Great banking app all around, until this most recent update. The app crashes everytime I attempt to launch the app it crashes not even loading the sign in page before it automatically closes itself.
