Sometimes there are troubles connecting with toothbrush. Some toothbrushing sessions cannot be synced (randomly). Shows info on how much plagur cleaned, but does not give any recommendations on how to improve and why the assumption on bad cleaning is made. No guidance on usage the toothbrush. Requires access to phone even if you sign up with email and not phone number. Asks for permissions to media files and refuses to work without those although it should not use any of those.
Unable to sign up, says 'The password is too simpe'. Uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols - not enough to secure a toothbrush app! I'm out of options Update: First, it doesn't allow symbols in password, which is not cool, second, in case you use them instead of appropriate message it shows 'Password is too simple'.
It's already 2021 and the app has still not been updated, rendering the toothbrush's connectivity feature completely useless. You're paying for a product that's supposed to have an accompanying app for it but it seems they've completely given up on providing any updated whatsoever.
UPDATE: after updating my Pixel to Android 11, the app stopped working again (exactly the same as it did with Android 10. Awful. The app has just been updated to support Android 10, only MONTHS after the release. That's not good, Soocas. Plus, it doesn't support well 18:9 displays and the app itself has much less features than the Chinese one (you can install it from the Mi App Store). Soocas toothbrushes are better quality than Oclean, but the Oclean app and software support is so much better.
Cannot sign in with xiaomi account. Unable to create account. Heaps of issues with text entry in password field. Country list missing lots of countries. Country list is just there for phone country code, which isn't used, but mandatory for some reason... Can't imagine what issues there are once you've logged in!
Absolute garbage. If you have a recent version of Android, this won't work. Make sure you have your old phone around (and be sure NOT to update it) if you want to use this app. It took way too long for Soocas to update the app to work on Android 10, now I've updated my pixel to Android 11 and can no lo longer use this app. Awful support. The android 11 betas have been around for over 6 months, plenty of time for Soocas to update the app.
It simply doesn't work. After binding, there is no visible data apart from the battery and head use info. However, I did receive the confirmation email, so they might have fixed it.
Soocas x3 Brush connected to the app for the first time and sync at first attempt. But it is not sync and connect anymore. However my android phone bluetooth can detect and connect to the brush. Any advice?
My x5 toothbrush detected as x3, synchronisation takes super long time. When my toothbrush started to behave strangely, app couldn't help (no factory reset or something similar). No way to reach out support or redeem warranty.
The toothbrust is good, but the app is so horrible. Never sync at 1st time I always need to take a 2nd round to get tha data from teethbrust. Now it isn't open... I hoped i got a same app quality than the other Mi brands, but not (sadly) Please make a better app, and I will change my review ...
A lot of one star reviews for this app now, which is justifiable as it no longer works since the update to Android 11 (my phone Samsung Galaxy S10 plus) On trying to open the app it closes immediately. Next bit is important, if you want to continue to use the app functionality without this non functioning app you need to download Xiaomi Home app, add toothbrush. Now you will get all the settings & functionality back that this app once gave you, all in English.
Toothbrush is binded with the app. App does show brush battery level. But after dragging down brushing data is never synced. It says new data is not available.
I enjoy to brush tooth more when to use this app. Because you have to try to improve tne way to brush your tooth everyday to get higher score. I love this app because it help me to take care my tooth. Just one thing, after the app give the score, the advice to improve the way to brush should demonstrate to users. This app will perfect in this way. Thanks for good app
Can't get the registration code to sign up with the app and start using it with the brush. It just won't send to verification code to the specified email... A frustrating beginning...
The app doesn't sync with the toothbrush, it crashes when trying to go to sync screen. So disappointed with an app from xiaomi.
I can't sign up: "too many attempts to get registration code. Please try again in 2 hours" it's ridiculous - this error appears when I register for the first time. It's a blocker.
Love the toothbrush and the app is really good. Only one draw back is that Australia isn't available as a country option. If it was I would rate it 5 stars
1. This app doesn't synchronize with my Soocas x3 toothbrush, version is 1.0.x. 2. The Chinese Soocas application is working well, version is 1.3.x. When will You update this application with fixes from the Chinese one?
I can't even connect to the brush. Even though I see its bluetooth. The add brush button keeps crashing the app
The first time you contact without any problems, and the other time it doesn't work with app. The app looks good but means some problems with Arabic
It says that the toothbrushes are updated, even though they have different versions. 😅 Not useful anymore I guess.
I can synchronize and can see the results of my current brushing, but as of one 4 days I have no history logs, which is pretty annoying.
Update 2: still no update? How long does it take to fix an application? I could have purchased other toothbrush... Update: does not work on OnePlus 8 Pro with Android 11. There's an achievement for cleaning up teeth for at least 90 minutes in 14 days. It is impossible to accomplish, as the application doesn't get data regarding brushing more than twice a day, which makes it impossible to sum up the time required and you also miss statistics from part of brushings...
