Absolutely no help whatsoever with my problems go to main website it explains on there been on website emailed them back to still be waiting for a reply. I really wouldn't recommend this product to anyone more frustrating and a waste of time keep your money and pay a little extra to get something that actually works. I've just decided to take it as a loss. Don't buy

IF NOT WORKING ON ANDROID 6.0+ DISABLE MOBILE DATA! Unfortunately, Soocoo doesn't tell you this, hence the frustrated reviews. Once I figured that out, it worked. Nothing special, but it's fine to line up a shot once your camera is mounted to your helmet (or wherever).

I simply cannot get this App to work. Norkia 6 + Android 8.1 and all I get is a bunch of files that are not on my phone or camera. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. I will continue to look for a solution but I am super miffed. Can any one help.. I disabled the Mobile Data still noting that resembles working. When will Chinese manufacturers understand It has got to work properly. And the manual must be Comprehensive and at least in English. Pay someone to translate it. I translated the Chinese version and it is no better. I have the same heating thing and it is running at about 45- 50 C when the Wifi is on Can some one help me

We need more setting adjustment not only resolution you should add change mode and field of view hdr....and every setting on the camera should be on the app speciali that you can't see the screen when you put the cam in the hard case....and find a solution for out of focus video and yellow collor every were in the soocoo s300
