I love this app! I love K-pop as well as K-dramas and this app helps me see what is happening in the industry. I also appreciate how fast the writers update new content and the articles are edited extremely well. I have had an issue with the 2019 soompi awards. The app will not allow me to see the winners or the video and I was just wondering if there is a way to fix this or not.

The app is mostly good but now it won't let me vote on the awards. I press on who I want to vote for but the Vote button doesn't appear. It was working fine before, I don't know what changed. Edit: Thanks for responding to my review, I didn't know the date voting closed. Perhaps you could displaying a "voting has now closed" message on the voting page instead of just disabling the vote next time?

All in all, this app is good. This is just a suggestion and you can ignore it, but it would be great if you can add a date filter feature so instead of endless scrolling, we can actually just filter like i want to read all ytd news, or any other date.

No matter how many times I try, or how many different ways I try, it won't let me log in. Its keeps telling me its "Failed to Login" and I can't vote, or follow any of the artists I enjoy. edit: I did email them to ask about the problem, and they instantly fixed it and its now working perfectly.

I really like this app so i can know what happens with people and all but it'd be better if the app gives notifications when something about the fanclubs we've added pops up. Also for a while now the app isnt letting me sign in saying that there's a problem with connection when everything else works perfectly fine. So please can you fix that?

news are brilliant. However, the app does not support horizontal view. When using it on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy S4) whilst using the keyboard it annoys me that the app does not switch to horizontal view mode. Please fix it .

i do love this app so much. it help me with the latest songs and dramas. i really hope you can find solution as soon as possible as the app cant access the internet. i installed and uninstalled a few times but it doesnt work. hope to have a new update to rectify the problems. thank you😊

There are only two complaints I have that makes this app inconvenien: 1.) Articles automatically scrolls to the Comments section when you swipe left to read the next article. It should remain at the top. 2.) When you click a recommended Viki link, you cannot go back to your original place and have to search for the article again.

It's convenient for reading on mobile, but still seems buggy after many years. My account will never sync and it won't properly show the artists/topics I've subscribed to, which kinda defeats the whole point of having them.

A great app since I love to get info on my fav kpop idols, especially the quizzes section, I really enjoy it. However, I have to open the app without knowing whether there's new info or not, I would love the app even more if there was a setting to turn the notifications on for certain artists everytime there's new info. Hope this app's creators can read this, thank you.

a good app but Its only been a few minutes Ive used it and there is already a glitch/bug happening, whenever I search up a topic and press on it, I scroll to read it right? Well whenever I scroll, the text dissapears and becomes a black screen, I can only see the videos.

this app is so frustrating...I want to vote for bts...and when I suddenly tap on the soompi awards to vote,it loads for a second and then it completely turns black..I mean what should I do if I want to vote for my favourite artist...wait for it..bcoz I did so and it just doesn't work...even after uninstalling it, it doesn't work...

Today I went to vote for my faves. I went to collaborations and it would not acknoledge that I voted. Everything previosly says I have to wait till tommorrow. I would like to rate it higher for I love the ease to read articles. Alas I am mainly using it to vote. Update: I only voted once that day and it would not give me the message that my vote was accepted. Since then it has worked fine. Not sure if I shall keep it.

I really do love this app but it hasnt been working for the past few days/since the latest update. I've tried everything but it still isn't working. I'd hate to have to no longer have this app so hopefully something can eventually be dont to fix this and let me provide a better review.

I absolutely loved this app. But for some reason for the past week it has not been working. it's just says Check Connnection and try again later. My connection is fine. The app is not working.

When i try voting, the only thing that appears is a black screen. I then refresh my page and it still shows nothing. Already tried uninstalling and installing again. Fix it!

Irritating😣! I can't edit my profile, it only says "We're unable to update due to limited connection, please try again later"! I tried it so many times but not working, even i had stable internet connection😕! Pls fix this crazy problem on the next update as soon as possible🙏! I promise to rate this app five Star if you made it✋.

It's always said that my connection is lost and have to try again when my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi. Please fix this, i'm not going to uninstall this, but please fix the bug. Thank you.

need a whole lot more improvements. I mean if you decided to make this the way for us to able to vote for our faves then you guys should have made it even better. it always lagged when i use it, so would end up ibstalling and uninstalling the app again. such a waste of time but still will compromise for my faves ugh

juz install this app. however, I couldn't vote via apps. whenever I clicked VOTE button, it immediately go to the website version & said vote via apps which confusing coz I already install the app. hope you could help me & others on this. tq

Hello Soompi, Why did it happen to me? My phone is android, I can download the application and it's work, but when I click the icon of Soompi Awards the page doesn't work. Just blank picture I got. I think my phone it's too old. So, What must I do? @soompi

i dont know what is the problem but it ain't downloading in my phone. My storage space is also not full still it shows error !!! I want to vote for my bias but I can't !!!!

love it ! no words would explain how much fun and amazin this app is, up to date with news, always doing quizzes that explain my exact situation even if it doesn't it's just fun takes me out of my busy daily life to sit and think for myself for abit. Thank you Soompi! 💜💜💜😭😭😭

The only reputable k-entertainment news app I've found. Not just music but actor and drama news is covered as well. There's also info on Cdramas and some Japanese centered things as well.

I really enjoy the app except for the fact that I still can't vote. It will pull up the candidates but won't allow me to select any of them from any category. Other than that great app.

This app (and this platform) is my reliable source of nonbiased news in Hallyu industry. Their quizzes are interactive, the app is conducive to use. Best choice for all kpop and korean drama fans who wants to be updated with news in Korea. More power, Soompi!

i love soompi since the day i downloaded it but its been 2 months since i couldnt login to my account properly. i've reinstalled it 3 times and i logged into my facebook account and it says that there was an error, app not setup and now im just using soompi infos through twitter and read articles which i dont really like bcs soompi has a app
