The app keeps having bugs then they are slow to fix it causing loss of income. I currently can't open the app because of a new bug!
I can't get the app to load aftr several tries π but hopeful it will be fixed.
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not open
App won't open on my pixel 4xl and now I can't do my business!!! Help!!!!
Right now the app keeps crashing on me when I try to access my appointment information. This is now day 2. Hoping to connect with tech support to correct the problem as currently it prevents me from seeing my appointment information or accepting new appointment's. I enjoy working with Soothe but app problems like this are not helpful.
App is still a little slow, even with update. When I try to indicate I'm "on way" to an appt I have to close and reopen app. My client-requests don't always show up in app. I'm unaware til I get a call regarding the requests. My most recent was most likely given away to another therapist (which happens a lot), concierge was not helpful as he "couldn't find it" in system. Dates don't always match the correct day-which could be problematic. The 19th is a Friday but it'll say "Sunday", as example.
I have no problems with the app at all. It's seamless. My only suggestion is there are times when there is a delay from an offer sent to one via text telling one to respond thru the app and once one does, the offer is not there any longer. So maybe there is lapse in time (??) and that could be more efficient.
I don't know why ratings are low, a bunch of spoiled entitled people I guess. I am grateful for Soothe and rarely have issues with the app.
I'm a therapist and tried to apply via the app but am unable to finish. The application takes me to a page that says I already applied while I'm also getting texts to finish the application. I reached out via phone and text several times but the responses are generic and unhelpful. Tbh, with all this hassle getting started I won't pursue the job bc I don't want further aggrevation when trying to do the job.
It wont open at all on galaxy s20. I cant work now

Kind of decent app. I just wonder why offers that had already been taken by another therapist still appear as available, even if the date and time are over. Also, push notifications are intermittent, sometimes I get notifications but most of the time I have to check manually.
I do think you need a section taking about how many flights of steps, dogs cats, long hallways. I enjoy this life style. It would be great to get paid more, I think 60 minues should be $100, and 90 should be $130 for the therapist , whatever the company needs on of that. I wish i had a more direct way of contacting customer service. But everyone is very nice helping to their best.!
This app has more bugs than a Sunnydale apartment. IDK if it's just Android or other platforms as well. I haven't found a single feature that functions smoothly or consistently.
Not only will this app not work when i have my battery saver mode on, but now since the newest update I've had to reupdate the app 3TIMES!!! And no, i didn't uninstall it or do anything at all. It just un-updates itself!??? I've never ever had this problem with any app. How does this even happen???
It's impossible to ever make any money. There's always a delay with the push notifications. And by the time they come through, another therapist has taken the job. This company makes too much money for this to be an issue. I don't have this issue with Zeel.
No longer getting notifications. Also, the in app back button no longer works. I also can't reject with alternative times anymore.
App not working right since I started,I have reinstalled a number of times it still won't let me accept appointments, I agree with another review. This is the way I make my money and it's not letting me make any money.. please fix app so I can be great
I have not used it yet, but it will help us to accept more offers without being late to client's homes, especially now that the clients could extend their own appointments, or if there's traffic, etc. Thank you for creating this wonderful feature π€©π€©π€©π€©π€©ππππππΌπΌπΌπΌπΌπππππ. App freezes when looking at appointmets. Have to uninstall then reinstall to fix problems which sometimes doesnt work.
the GPS navigation needs work! the mileage is always off and gets you to the block of the cts house, not their front door.
Not sure how some of us are "entitled" when we are simply addressing the fact that the app is not working at all for some providers. This is a source of income that some people are being denied due to technical issues. The app has not properly loaded for several days and I'm certain customer support has been made aware of this issue.
