Service is great. App is terrible. So many controls missing or unusable (time picker for example.... the most critical part of your scheduling app is stuck at 8AM or 8PM. That's it. I can't change 8.
So frustrating! Every transaction was complicated. Customer service is never completed by one person. They do not follow up with you. Don't bother with them.
App is good, but I'm unable to get any services done because of a lack of service providers. So I basically have all my requests canceled except for one or two.
This is an unethical service with unreliable professionals. I have been cancelled on six times and the company refuses to give me my money back. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
It will not load, it times out upon opening the app. Not sure what the issue is. Tried both on wifi and cellular data and it still times out.
Absolute garbage app, does not work! It's incredible that the main functionality doesn't work. Can't input my phone number, can't book! Garbage. Developers should be ashamed
Easy to use. Just wish that we were able to find a masseuse that a friend recommended. No way to search for one

Horrible service. Extremely expensive. The App clearly doesn't work well. I updated my profile completely. Scheduled an appointment and apparently the therapist "couldn't get in touch with me" even though the office was somehow able to text my number fine. The kicker, customer service puts you on hold for all time and charges you $100 no show fee. They also text to ask me if I had a table and sheets when I CLEARLY requested the therapist bring them. Don't waste your money.
Whilst the service was excellent, the app was a bit buggy. The 'text the therapist' option doesn't work, and if you call them you need to edit the number for it to work. Also, it doesn't let you place your pin on a map, so the therapist struggled to find my flat.
Love the convenience of this service, no matter the city they are in. Very professional, safe, legit, and will come to your home, hotel, wherever! To-date, I have not had one masseur/masseuse I didn't like. The service uses only licensed/certified personnel and it shows! I use them in Boston and DC primarily, but am open to their service anywhere they may provide it! Thank you for being in existence!
I am experiencing a bug with inputting the address once I reach to unit number it locks up my phone completely. I have a Moto Z2 Force. I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. I really want to try the service out, but can not book an appointment... :( .....ok thanks for getting back with me tried to uninstall reinstall and reboot the phone still freezes my entire phone at Apt info. I cannot uninstall the app now...
User interface on Pixel 3 is bad. Keyboard overlaps the text, you can't see where you're inserting a comment, precious comments, etc. Very frustrating experience. Chat functionality is just bad. Of you're chatting with support and they suggest a course of action, you have to exit chat on order to see/try it.
Terrible service. I requested an appointment which never got booked, but they still deducted my SpaFinder gift card and held it as their own credit. I tried to use again, this time successfully booking an appointment. However, ONE HOUR before my confirmed appointment I was told it was cancelled. I asked for a refund and they said to check with SpaFinder. Reminder, if you cancel one hour before your appointment you will be charged $50. Not so much as a courtesy was extended - instead, they told me to go to SpaFinder for a refund...even though THEY charged my gift cards without ever providing a service.
Allowed me to sign up, saying there were services in my area, then wouldn't allow me to book any services, saying there are no services in my area.
Super unreliable. Happened to me twice where I received an email that the appointment was confirmed, and then go into the app before the appointment and it says no pro is available. You have to call their help desk to get a text message to then wait for them to text you back. Great concept, horrible execution.
