Same as others... Can only connect to cam via home wifi on same network no connection remotely... At work or out. Which is kind of the point of having this... Absolutely shocking customer service and understandable why thyeve been pulled from Amazon now As of 28.11.2019 the app is now working... Being re sold on amazon... It takes a while to connect outside of the network but it does connect

so, it was working wonderfully well up until the last day or two. now, we keep losing the camera signal, and can't even use it consistently on home Wi-Fi network. i certainly can't access it from outside. updates needed possibly.

good Camera, but app uses a huge amount of cellular data, even when wifi is available. Even when closed it will run in the background and use data. I turned off the option to allow it to used data in the background, yet it still cost me overages by using Gigs of data in the background.

Used to be great, but just as the other reviews say, stopped working like a week ago, after being flawless for years. Hoping it's fixed quickly.

Cameras no longer seem to connect over the internet. They still work from the LAN but lack of Internet access means they are now unsuitable for security or remote access.

And... I was wondering how such a cool application could have such a low rating. Well, now I know. The motion detection is awful. It's why I bought the camera. To watch my mother when I'm not in the room. If you're using this product to keep an eye on a disabled elderly person I'd suggest trying to a different product.

Was a good wifi cam but now cam will not connect using mobile data. Only works on wifi. As this app has not been updated since early 2018, I will be purchasing a new wifi cam. Also I have noticed that the cam has moved from time to time without myself or my wife doing it. My home network is setup very secure so I wonder if the developer left a backdoor... Either way I would suggest Amcrest or Kamtron.

I found the new app called ZeboraCam and it works connected and not connected to wifi. Finally after months of not being able to connect when I wasn't home.

has been working great. but down this morning. can't log in with any of our phones. we have one phone still logged on but if we disconnect we can't log back in . hopefully this is being updated. because we loved this camera

I can't connect it to my wifi, I've followed all the steps multiple times. It also won't let me input my wifi network. And I haven't found any way to contact customer support any help out there???

Was working with mobile data for a little bit.than stop working.you have be connected to the same wifi.usless when you are outside.can't see nothing.wast of money .dont buy this piece of junk. One star is too mush for the rate.

Same as others. Was working until a few weeks ago. Now only on local Wi-Fi. Tried full reboot and reinstalled software but same result.

Please fix this app. We just have the camera and cannot use it. The camera is great, but without the app working its useless entirely. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!

Was working fine from phone..could keep an eye on my pets and house ... Now only works on wifi at home .. pretty useless if im already their.. camera and app now useless.. one star because its required to post...

Since android have updated their software the app no longer works!! Please fix this or its a waste of money for the camera

Never connects and says wrong password all the time.

Over the last week cannot log into cameras. This needs sorted.
