My watch I ordered still looks like New but I have had to change the battery after after 2yrs. Lol. Love it and I hope the necklace looks just as good! ❤️🌹

Do not waste your time buying here. Ordered 4 items all were damaged and waited for an exchange gotten all 4 damaged again. Asked for a solution and was told there is nothing wrong with my items. Showed them all 4 were damaged again and nothing done. WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR QUALITY. WILL NOT HELP YOU AS THEY ONLY WANT THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered in the past and their products are fabulous! But customer service is worse than terrible! I tried to place an order on a Sunday, kept saying it failed. I called my bank and there was an issue with placing an international order. They fixed that, but still can't place the order. I emailed them twice, called multiple times, but no one answered and so far, no calls returned. Now it's there days later, still can't place the order and last night the company cancelled my order and to to set order up, it's now an additional $10.

Quickly registering personal info.. Items, products are cool and enaugh prices.. Thanks to this apps.

Horrible customer service. Will not honor coupons offered and disconneted me from their chat 4 times without help.

Got an item that was damaged & when asked for a full refund, I was told they don't give full refunds only 30% of a refund I got. Total waste of money, definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone

*** BEWARE *** They promise you $5 coupon to sign up with their app BUT you NEVER get it! *** FRAUD *** If you make a mistake on your order, you can't change it without being charged a 30% restocking fee! *** SCAM *** You can't change your order before they create it because it only exists in their system AFTER they've already made it! I TRIED TO CHANGE MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY AFTER I ORDERED IT BUT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE! THEIR SYSTEM IS FLAWED BUT THE CUSTOMER SUFFERS FOR THIS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This app made me experience the worst service till date. I have placed my order since 7th FEB and still haven't got the items. I even tried to email the customer service regarding the issue for which I haven't heard back from. The worst app to order personalized items. Will recommend not to use this and go for some other sites which can deliver same items at a speedy time rate.

Horrible experience. The package comes from China and it gets stuck at customs and customer service doesn't help in that

new york is deceiving there, not actually from US but from China, no offense to China. nice flower case, looks nice but actually thin plastic. for the ring, the engrave is microscopic, hard to read. the stones looks low quality or just a coloured glass. total satisfaction, disappointed. the app is crappy as well. sorry but i am just being honest.

Downloading the app is supposed to involve coupons as a first time user. I did this in hopes that my 41 dollar purchase would hit a discoubt of 3 dollars, stated in the ad for the sign up bonus. The option for anything under $50 isn't even there. I feel conned and I'll never order from here, again.

It doesnt let you pay with a debit card. You have to have a certain type of card and using paypal doesn't work. I've o ly been able to place 1 order in the past that came in. It isnt anymore. This really stinks. This is bad customer service. I wont recommend this company to anyone till they fix this issue.

I ordered an item from soulfeel and I still haven't received it. Its been since about 2 weeks before Christmas and still haven't received it.

Terrible site. They were extremely misleading about when my order would arrive (before Christmas) and then after several days, I checked why I hadnt recieved it, only to find it was still "processing ". Cancelled order which apparently charges you a penalty do so. Several weeks and emails...NO REFUND. Worst company ever.

If I could rate zero stars I would!!! I placed an order on Feb 5th and it is now Mar 2nd & I still do NOT have my items!!! false advertisements on the website as far as processing times!! this is ridiculous!! I will never order from this company again!! I called customer service several times and it only took me about a week to get ahold of a LIVE agent and they gave some sob story about them updating shipping methods ect. I'm honestly thinking of contacting the BBB!!!!!!!!!

Crashes everytime I begin customizing. Very aggravating, but has a great amount of things to create, if you can even get to it before it crashes.

I have ordered through Soufeel website before and loved my purchases. This was my first time using the App and I found it was a little difficult to navigate. I struggled finding what I was looking for and it took a long time to load pictures.

Absolutely LOVE the customization. Every year I buy Christmas presents from here.

Horrible service. Stated that goods will be delivered in about 10+ days time but obviously did not. I have no idea why they even want to sell valentines item when the item cannot even be delivered by valentines day... the processing time takes longer than the stated 4-5 days. It bas been almost 1 month and the item has still yet been process finish...

Love it! Would've given 5 stars but I had a lot of trouble trying to add my Canadian address. It wouldn't let me add it through the app so I had to go through the website. Other than that, great selection.

First of all there's no way to talk to a representative. I've tried the support button to chat but it keeps saying no agent available to leave a message and that's not working either so i don't know how they expect for you to speak to someone in case something goes wrong with your order. If you order from them it's like your taking a risk because there's no one available so i was wondering if this app is even legit!

This place is awful. I orderd my valentine's gifts early in January, its now February 11 and I have no updates whatsoever. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. and when I try customer support it just says "this conversation has been completed" so basically I'm being ignored. I'd rather give this 0 stars.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Placed an order on January 28th to get an item in time for valentines day and it didnt turn up. I contacted customer service and they replied with an automated response saying they were on shutdown until feb 11th to improve processing speed, there's a joke in there, there was nothing on the website stating this. Ive since sent multiple messages and customer service tickets as well as online chats and I've not received a response from anyone at all, abysmal!!!

Iv ordered 3 times with multiple necklaces, I love them they lasted me 2 years I wore them in the shower also. Only one with my kids picture on it tore off but wasnt that big of a deal because everything I have never had a problem with. But now that they have the warranty I'll def be getting that everytime. Love you guys

I had ordered a gift 10 days back but haven't received any update till date. Poor Service. Moreover there is no reply from customer care even after spending 2-3 mails. Please don't use this for any purchase. Better and cheap alternatives are also present on other places with speedy delivery on time.

14 days so far and still they didn't ship my order, they keep sending me emails that one of the items is out of stock, i chose another item, then another person send that the item is out of stock, and keep doing that, it is either a very bad coordination between customer service workers or they are thieves and i am going to sue them.
