First off, there is absolutely no way of contacting customer support. If anything were to go wrong with a purchase, there is no way to get any help with the issue. Secondly, it's extremely slow leveling. You only gain 6xp per normal stage and only 12xp per hard stage. Third, the characters have no individual power rating. You have to pull up the stats on each character and either memorize or write everything down to build your team. Poor job.

Forced ad to upgrade your heroes. You cannot upgrade your character without the ad. Asks to watch an ad after every battle. Few characters. Chests are a mix of items and characters or character parts with characters being very rare. Just not a good game. Probably the worst of this type of game, and I have played many of this type of game. Forced ads are always a no win for the developer.

Great game, gave it 4 because it still has some fluidity issues but overall love the game. Edit: going on a second day of being unable to log in to account. Dropping to 1 star until the problem is fixed. Cant give a game a good review if you cant play it. Edit2: Thank you for solving the issue and doing so immediately. Greatly appreciated, the game is solid I really do love it.

After playing this game , i got to understand how cool the graphics is but some of the annoying things are "Rate this game" after defeating a few rounds constantly popping up. Would you fix that problem so other players can enjoy the game you designed. Thank you ...

I really like the game, mostly because it reminds me alot of Dragon Soul (which isn't available anymore for some reason). But would be great if you could change the way the characters sound because it doesn't add up to the esthetic of the game.

your rate request kept popping up so i kept removing 1 star every time it pops up. left with 1 now. sorry. gameplay is weaker than other similar games, design is so so, and no auto on first time play every stage? and no fast forward while the game speed itself is unnecessarily slow? really? got bored in just an hour of playing.

An outdated & user-discomforting copycat of known tactical RPG approaches. Everything cute & entertaining was offed, and we got bombed by ads. On the good side those ads can be chosen to gain gear in-game, each battle. No story, no noteworthy characters, no player decisions worth partaking in. Sadly so. Looked so cute...

I thought this was a good game until I got a new tablet & couldn't get my saved progress. I wasn't that far in but, EVERY OTHER game is fine. Some of them I was forced to redo the tutorial but, was eventually able to switch to my saved account

has potential to be a great game, freezes too much and some game options you can't even enter even though it's available. drags a bit and function of gameplay is slow.

Overall a really fun game. I like it because I don't feel pressured to spend money. I gave 4 stars because I do feel pressured to watch way to many ads. And after every battle was pressured to rate the game.

Not even 1 week after installing, the game won't load. First, I tried restarting my android. When that didnt work, I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. Still nothing. Glad I didn't chosse the many MANY pay-to-play options you offer.

Enjoying the game. Easy to control and the leveling up happens pretty fast. Good graphics. Its truly a great time passer because i be so stuck in the game and forget about time.

I can't even play this game so I can't even say how the game plays. Everytime I open game goes to the loading screen then a minute later the game shuts down completely. Game looks fun but ts broke and no it ain't my device it's ur game fix it.

It was working beautifully but after a week it started to stay in load and nothing more. It wouldn't log out so I decided to give it a 2 and erase it cuase am not going to stay with a game that does not load to play; to bad 😒

It really is a fun game but have played for about a month and a few issues .... after your toons turn level 40ish their so no more gear to equip them .. also everyone I'm seeing in Coliseum (pvp) is level 21 and under I'm at 45... so the weird thing you would think I'd be 1st but I'm not varies daily sometimes I'll be 2566 ranked other times 450 doesn't make sense.. it's fun but not very competitive at all very simple to hear out then there's nothing ... please add more gear levels and fix pvp

Do not waste your time with this game. There is no customer service. Emails are not answered. I can't get a response from the developer concerning multiple issues. It's January 24, 2020. They haven't updated anything since November 9, 2019. Epic journey and log-in rewards are not working. I won't spend any more money on this game until these problems are solved.

graphics are ok gameplay is easy to get the hang of. But seems very laggy delayed slow and keep getting stopped on stuff to give a rating.

It is pretty decent but what i really hate about the game is the voice acting, like the voice acting for the heroes when they cast their ultimate powers is just so bad, it's like a child who know nothing about voice acting voice acted the character. It is so... Ew

Hi, why I get stuck in the title loading screen when I am trying to load my saved data from the cloud? Am I banned or something? I availed the monthly subsciption but used it for only a day. Sad :( i tried update and reinstall game and still not working. should i overwrite my old data with new one and you will transfer my subscription???

slow pace battling even when you speed it up 2X it's still slow! Takes 2000 gems for a 10 pull and gems are impossible to come by unless you buy them or watch a million sponsor videos, Every sponsor video you watch is 5 gems so good luck with that. Literally after every battle they ask if you want to watch a video for double the reward. This is not a game ITS ONE LONG COMMERCIAL. videos videos and more videos.

After update I lost all saved game data. I spent money on this game now everything is gone. Please fix. I went to relink to Google play account and all it did was save the NEW game to it. BS. Please give me my account back. Ty

Nice game, has a few tweaks to get out. Summoned characters would be better if you could get higher star characters on single spins instead of 10x only, besides that 👍👍

First of all, I hate a game who continuously annoys me with "wanna watch an ad" nd "rate us". Second, the artwork is awesome. Third, STOP CONTINUOUSLY ASKING FOR ADS AND RATINGS. Well here's your rating

Well after 9 days of waiting the update works. However no compensation in any form given, I will therefore not really change my opinion. The way player have been treated is worth no stars. Put money in and get nothing back from the developers in compensation for over 9 days of an inaccessible game. AVOID

is it really well done game and graphics on her mazing about system can be a little upgraded some later on but all in all it's a good game five out of five stars.
