Way to go. I had broken my phone and forgotten my account password so I couldn't play and then I get my password, try and play just to realize the games been terminated. And I really loved this game. Bravo. Waste of time and terrible company for wasting people's time and money

Please bring back this game the way it used to before 😢 I really love this game. The only problem before is just it takes a lot of time to upgrade the characters. Hope you can see this. please release this game the way it used to before.

I've spent so much time playing this game and spent a lot of money on it too and now just to find out that it's being shut down out of nowhere that messed up, I know I'm not the only one who feels this way and dont get me wrong the game is great it's just stupid we still cant continue to play if we already have it downloaded. Whatever guess it's time to look for a better game

Wow, still insists on new game id and will not update existing account info. Had on global server but logs in as new game id. Already tried friends hive id but does not bring up existing data, just keeps giving me new game id every time I log in. This game could learn a lot from how kungfu pets logs in, "are you new to this?".

Been dealing with support trying to recover my account for about a month now. I've submitted EVERYTHING asked and I keep being looped into providing the same info over and over. Worst developer and customer service ever. Stay AWAY from this company!

Spent quite abit and shutting soon,should hv guess it after played for 3yrs. Beware of all games such as this is a good example not to spend too much.

I love this game when it first came out with it's awesome concept art and gaming mechanics, but we all know Com2us with it's greedyness with in app purchases and manipulating ways which caused the newbie reward system got reworked making it boring to play and gernerly unplayable for new players and overall not fun but as you are terminating and shutting down I would wish everyone devs and all good luck in the future and I hope to see a similar type of game in the future created by your company 😥😔

Missing Reward I already cleared up til 30 spins on the ongoing Secret Mission event and collected the 6 star Unique Hero Selective Draw but did not get it on my mail box. I received all the other rewards except that one. Also, the 1:1 inquiry doesn't work. Please give me my reward asap.

This is the exact reason to avoid com2us game like the blight on gaming that they are. Should be renamed scamsRus. Hope all you that spent money feel good to have the rug pull out from under you and be left with nothing but a memory.

first of all i have no issues about the game whatso ever...... its one of the best games i have played so far where it is a balanced f2p and p2w but with huge grief i want to say something {なんで なんで😧😧😧 why cant i login anymore as of 4.11.18 and the reason it says is (hive cant find any information restarting at .001😤😤)} pls replay and solve my problem and also i dont know my ID so dont ask but my in game name is ChengXiang last played yesterday

So after multiple people have put plenty of money into this game they are terminating service, stopping us being able to play it? Isn't that grade A daylight robbery? If we can no longer access something we have paid for we should absolutely get our money back, and if they aren't planning to send refunds out themselves I damn sure am gonna get my money back another way. If we aren't left with a product that we paid for, our money literally vanishes into thin air. That's not ok.

why did it shut down it was such a a great game the graphics the characters and design why did had to shut down I was playing this game for two years like cmon and like why did it has to be terminated like come on u still have a summoner war but that's a good game too but why, R.I.P if anyone donates to get the game back that would be the best idea to get this game back.

With a decent graphics runs at high fps rate and without freezing easy controls and also automatic fight for lazzies like me If u lookin for easy rpg it's worth of play

It's cool. Not too worried about getting high star heroes, I just like to play to pass the time. Lots of stuff to do. Lots of achievements. 👍👍

I grind and saved 650 diamonds...tried to buy that says guarantees to get 4 star summon and all i get are just bunch of 3stars. What a trash and sc-um-bag game. Its not even easy to earn diamonds from quest.

Tried to awaken my heroes but every time it says "can't use this feature with a hero included in a team" even though the hero isn't in a team

Its a lot of fun i can waste hours just playing and leveling, im a huge fan of summoners war and i glad this one is just as good
