Sound Detector
This program uses the built-in microphone to detect noise in the surrounding area. If it detects noise it alerts you by making a call or sending a text message to another cell phone.
This app includes:
✓ A sound detector which calls or text you with customizable sensitivity
✓ Image surveillance
- take a picture if the alarm is triggered and sent it to another phone
✓ A surveillance log which allows you to see when the alarm has been triggered
✓ Sends a warning text message if battery is getting low

I liked the application but call and SMS work together it always sends SMS even if I unchecked it.
I use it to know when my teapot starts boiling back in the kitchen during a tea party in the bungalow :) An option to send a mail or a Google plus message would be nice.
Hi, Sound detector is great app. Please look if you can add following features- 1) Start & Stop application automatically on specified time. 2) Send email of photo & details of sound detection activity. 3) Call, SMS, email to Multiple numbers and email ID's 4) Call multiple no.s one by one. 5) Activate silent mode automatically when app is started. Which will disable all sounds including camera click sound. 6) Option to call & send SMS at a same time. 7) If we call that no. call shall be answered automatic
integrate this with tasker and you'd make my day.

this app is the reason my GS3 won't turn on. Big Red couldn't even fix it. Had to have many Galaxy s3 replaced. Ifyou have a GS3 don't install this app

Sends pics to someone else's server? Wtf? Doesn't save *sounds*? IT COULD SEND PIC TO SMS OR SAVE TO PHONE BUT DOESN'T. A CHOICE WOULD BE OK. Seems odd that doesn't do anything with the sound it detected. If its still running when I finish typing this I'm uninstalling it. Something not right about no mention of sending pics some place u have no control over. Who's looking at the pics on the server? How do u know what really happens when u click delete?
