Sound Level Meter

Underrated - fantastic, simple, and useful spectrum analyser and weighted/unweighted SPL Meter. It will really come in handy in aid of my music production. Simply fit for purpose and no bloat. Something that's hard to come by in software these days. Thank you

Very good app that had an spectrum graph with peak level meter to show the frequency with max level. This app has been very useful for me to differentiate between different audio tones while debugging Dolby audio issues at work

After wasting time with an assortment of these so called audio tools I can confirm that none of these work. I have 4 different devices some are a month old and what I saw was so far off from my Real RTA that i could only laugh when I thought about the shill reviews (or people who have no clue) saying they tune systems with these apps. I can't even imagine what it sounded like after they were done. No 2 apps showed showed even close to similar results both running on the same device! Useless!

Full featured app. Trying to learn to use its full functionality. Hopefully all the options work and are not just gimmicky.

Very simple to use. I like it quite a bit. For more in-depth info however I use Audizr Pro. But for free this is very nice.

Its accurate in indoor sound out dour it missbehaves a little beat but to me its a 5star i love it. It helps alot when learning or listening freequancey ....Good app

I really like this app! I have downloaded a dozen different spectrum analyzers trying to find one that works well and simplifies sound system tuning. So many of them were not helpful or useless. This one works great. It made tuning my system very easy. I used to own an audio control rta 3050. And while this of course will not match pro equipment, it is much better than all of the other apps i have tried, free or paid up to $10, on ios and android. Thank you. Plus, no crazy annoying ads! Amazing. Of course, the best results will be obtained by using a calibrated microphone.

It's a really useful and apparently quite accurate tool (I calibrated it against a commercial SPL meter). Especially the A-weighting option. I'm giving only 3 stars because 1) there's absolutely no way to save, snapshot or otherwise export any readings or spectrum displays it shows, and 2) it doesn't have the option of keeping screen active, so every few minutes phone blacks out, you have to reawaken screen. The app "freezes" & loses all data, you have to close it and restart every time. So capturing a one-time "event" can be near-impossible...

I always like these sort of applications but can not seem to work this email one well as others.😡

If you are trying to find peak frequencies, then this app is not for you. No automatic hold options. Readout of peak freq is tiny.
