No bs just opens and starts working. Havent seen an ad yet.
For me [!]: it would appear to be near-perfect. From the LARGE "meter", i.e., YOU can read it across-a-room!!!
Fast, responsive, the only reason why I gave four stars is because since this is a phone, and not a professional sound measuring device, I question its over all accuracy. It does seem to pick up whispers, the A C unit, etc as quite office, and normal conversation as, normal conversation.
Does exactly what I want which was to measure the sound coming from the business next door. It has been quite an interesting experiment! Thanks😁
Works very weel. Since I hv hearing issues along w Tinnitus it helps me understand what level of noise i should most comfortable
Seems ok but would like something I can test just subwoofers db. Level

Not at all accurate.
Nice that it has no ads. Read 20-30 dB low on the manufacturing floor at my work after calibration. Perhaps a hardware thing but didn't do what I needed at all
