Have different sound profiles or volume profiles. Edit them, delete them or add new ones.
Android ties your notification and call ringtone volume together. Now you can solve it. This application will split them.
Profiles can be activated with a time limit so you will never forget your phone again in "silent mode", "meeting mode" or "airplane mode".
It works as Nokia, Blackberry or Ericsson old sound managers.
This application also silences your phone while it is rebooting (shutting down and booting) so you will not hear annoying intro melodies from your operator (silent boot and shut down).
Use different wallpapers or background solid colors to quickly find your mode or profile.
Set to Meeting (or other mode or profile) just for 10 minutes (or whatever time).

★For each profile you may personalize ring tone volume, notifications volume, ringtone melody, notification melody, multimedia/system volume, alarms volume, vibration, airplane mode, bluetooth, wifi, data, screen brightness, screen timeout, synchronization, wallpaper picture or background color, lollipop and marshmallow interruption modes (Always interrupt, Allow priority interruptions, Don't interrupt, Don't disturb)...
★Scheduler feature to automatically change profiles at given times (for example, activate Night at 10:00pm, Normal at 08:00am, etc). Have different pre-set weeks.
★Block list feature: Select in each profile which calls are going to be allowed and which are going to be rejected. You can automatically send a SMS Text message back, too (depending on your rates sending Text SMS can cost you money). Never get awake in the middle of the night for an unwanted call, but be always ready for your kids, wife or husband. Other uses: reject hidden numbers; reject unknown numbers; the use of wildcards '*' is allowed; very flexible; groups of contacts, block my ex-wife/girlfriend, ex-boyfriend/husband calls; Always accept my son's school in meetings...

One of the best programs for automating sound profiles. I use it for years. Only problem is the slightly cumbersome way of automation tasks. Doesn't always work, unless you are very very thoughtful of the priorities and conditions. But a very very good application, overall. The best I have found
This app has been very helpful in keeping my volume at appropriate levels throughout the week. It can manage volume separately for phone, alerts, etc. I was happy enough to upgrade to premium. If you decide to keep the app, it's a good idea to go premium because the app function precludes advertising.
I've been using this app for at least 4! years. It is an easy way to automatically silence (or decrease) the volume on my phone at night - or quickly turn my phone to silence/vibrate with an automatic restore after any length of time. This is a great feature! If I'm in a meeting, concert, special event, or meal, I can silence my phone and have it restore after 30, 60, our 120 minutes - and not accidentally forget to restore the volume. Plus there are so many other cool features that I like!
Actually works! I tried many others, they didn't do what they promised or needed to be rooted. This let's you individually control all the sound levels that Android removed and grouped together. Ring, media, notifications, call, all now independent again. Multiple profiles to quickly swap to, easy to configure and use. Devs are helpful and respond in a very reasonable time frame. Well worth the money.
This app has been a lifesaving workhorse for me for years, through I don't know how many phones. I'm grateful every night that I don't have to remember to turn off my notifications, and remember to turn them on again the next morning. I love that I only have a quick touch to shut off every sound before a meeting or appointment. Love Sound Profile!
This is my far one of the best utility apps out there. With just the scheduler alone this app is amazing, but using all the different features really opens up a lot of utility. I am awful at rembering to silence my phone before work, events, etc. and having this app automatically silence and unsilence has made my phone a much smoother experience.
I had a weird Android 12 popup problem, then I remembered that Corcanoe recommended that I backup Sound Profile. I do so monthly, and today all I had to do was restore using my backup and it magically fixed itself. Corcanoe always responds, always helps - amazing customer response for which I am grateful - and I have been using Sound Profile since at least 2013 or so - it is the FIRST app I install on any new phone. Highly recommend, automates perfectly, and the widgets are great.
So I got the app years ago. Pretty sure it had ads and I just paid to remove them. Now the app forced an update and broke everything that worked AND wants me to subscribe? I had an app that worked and I went out of my way to pay for no ads. Now I just have a scummy waste of space on my phone. Very poor handling of it all. Time to move on. Developer you need to try not being a PoS.
Love it! Have used this app for years. I can go to sleep and know that no frivolous calls will wake me but also know that if a family emergency occurs, I can be reached. When I change from one setting to another, the wallpaper changes so it is easy to know what profile is turned on, even from the lock screen. I had a hard time finding an alarm clock app that would work with it for the first few years. But now I know Alarm Clock Beyond works great with it. No ads!
Have used this app almost 15 years, since leaving my blackberry and wanting my sound profiles back. Can change automatically based on almost any parameters you need - far better than the limited abilities in Android OS. Can change the ringtone, volume, or whatever, based on almost anything. Default settings work great, but power users will love the customizability. Super responsive developer is always answering questions and making improvements! Give this app a try!
Great, App works great, does exactly what I was after. Support was great, I thought there was an issue and submitted a note to the developer, got back to me and helped me out. Was just a setting issue. Highly recommend.
Awesome app. Effortless settings for my phone throughout my day from home to work and after work and to my evening. I absolutely love it. No worries about accidental rings or alerts in inopportune times during work, and in the evening everything is set to quiet mode automatically. Great job! Continue the great work👍
Exactly what it says. Set schedule for sound profiles. You don't need to think about it. And, set wallpaper to correspond w sound profile, so you know which profile is active. Also, when specific issues w your particular make & model of phone, customer service is very responsive! May.17.2022 - Update: Still working just as desired! Some products degrade w time, has this for almost 3 years & still works great!
Great app and great support, if needed. Sound Profile does exactly what it is supposed to. I mostly use this for automatic volume control but it can do so much more and does it very well.
Best audio profiler and scheduler I've used. Constantly updated to provide more features and enhance user experience. Has been using it for years now. The app has always been faithful to me and worry free. Highly recommended!!
App worked fine but they sneak in a lockout. Then ask for your support to sign up for premium but rendering the free app useless. It's fine to ask for support but if you advertise a free app don't lock it out to force people to support you. Just make a premium app and get rid of the free version. Just seems scummy! Someone posted alternatives that work great so don't waste your time on this one.
There is no call volume setting. It sets them to 100% volume by default and does not allow you to select a lower level. I had to delete this app because I need 50% of the ringer volume, not 100%.
Best i`ve used.Takes a while to figure it out,but gives total control over notifications.If you are looking for an app that helps you have a good night sleep,a quiet meeting or lunch but still be able to receive really important notifications and calls, you can give it a go.
When I moved from IOS to android this was the first app I paid for based on a friend recommendation. I use it many times each day and love it. My favorite feature is being able to turn off all sound except phone calls at night. 5/9/2021: STILL one of my favorite apps. Use it every day!
This is the next best to llama app. Great work. There are still few missing features. They are color notification icon control, setting backup to google drive and logical operations such as not in area, in area A or area B. I lower to 1 star because this app crashed as soon as I restored from my previous backup; even restoring from cleanly installed backup. Now I can't use my paid soundProfile app on my new phone. 😒 I hope this will get fixed soon.
I've used this app for years and it keeps improving! It is a reliable solution to time & location-based sound (and more!) profiles. I love that it offers exceptions, a variety of configuration settings (Wi-Fi, volume by sound category, screen brightness, and much more). I enjoy making my own instead of being forced into a preset (although presets are a great place to start).
LOVE THIS APP. I've been using it for about three years. In recent months it's become completely invaluable. In early November I started getting spam phone calls (perhaps 15 to 20 a day). I created a sound profile that only lets my contacts through and it completely eliminated the annoyance. I still get the spam, I just don't hear them ringing. I keep learning new features and possibilities. For my money, it's indispensable for the average Android enthusiast (and in my case-I DO mean average.
Good app, but this is a strange statement in the latest update: "One subscription (fee) required for free users" - So, it's not free then is it? I get that it takes time and energy to make an app. If advertising isn't part of the business model, then just list it as a paid app. Also, the overall look is not appealing at all. It looks like something that was developed using 30 year old software. It is just bulky and cumbersome, although it does work well. Asthetics are just bad.
BE AWARE - the App is NOT FREE. Just know that up front. They call it "LITE" (as if you can use it with limited features), but that isn't true. You can install it but you are then met with a note telling you that you must subscribe to one of their premium services to actually use the product. When I first installed in a year or so ago, it was free and had limited features unless you paid. That's fine. I really liked the app. I used it for the last year and it was great, it met my needs even with the limited features, UNTIL... until they disabled the app by putting a message and a "Subscription" page. Now it can't be used unless you pay for it, over and over again. My complaint isn't with the app itself (when it worked, it worked great). My complaint is with the deceptive practice to make the app look free (i.e., "LITE" version) saying "in app purchases" when it really has NO features unless you sign-up for a "subscription". Disappointed, Mark
I enjoyed this app and found it very useful. I even bought a subscription. But it suddenly stopped allowing me to use it and would only allow me to try to sign up for a subscription again or back it up or close the app. Now useless.
Works how i need it to. I used this several years back but on a phone update it was not permitted to change my phone settings. But now I can on my current phone and i love this. I have 4 main modes - Home (normal), Office (uses a softer notification sound at a lower volume), Loud (when out shopping so i can hear it) and Night (no notifications, only calls from certain people). I am using the scheduler and love that it can change wallpaper to remind me which is active. I bought it. Worth it 2 me
Great app. Takes a bit to figure out all the functions. Once you figure it out, it will become easy to use it and its valuable features. Timers, auto volume/sound adjustment, geo fencing, this app has it all. A must have app if you find yourself adjusting your sound levels all day long. Mine brings all my sound levels up to full at 6AM M-F, 8AM on weekends, night mode at 9PM, entering office geo fence reduces volumes, leave office and volumes automatically restore. You need this app.
