A feature to disable de light beats effects would be great (Flare 2), for some songs the beats of the light don't match the beats of the song at all and that's annoying. Sometimes we just want the light effects without the beating (like with the 2 lasts light settings). Please make a firmware update, it would be great !

Edit: They took care of the issues mentioned below right away, I'm impressed! Ok so the app is great but I have a minor issue, when I use the superior sleep mode it turns off after some time on its own regardless of the timer on the app itself.( I turned off battery optimization for the app but it didn't help). Also the app takes time connecting to my p3s every time I open it which is an inconvenience.

Update after reply from developers: Full resetting and reconnecting with the speaker helped in general. However, once or twice I faced sound cutting out again, and then turning bluetooth on and off on both the speaker and my phone helped (just switching, without "forgetting" the connection. Thanks for your comment! Changing the rate to 4 stars now. If connection was perfect all the time, it could be 5 stars. Hope that sounds fare to you guys. Initial review: I'm not sure if it's the app issue or a speaker's firmware but my Soundcore Motion Plus device is continuously cutting off the music being streamed from YouTube Music or Poweramp player on my HTC U12+ (Android 9.0). It's just impossible to use, unfortunately :(

Really good experience so far! Although I wish: 1. the widget could get smaller and would open the app immediately with the device's details page, so you don't have to click the app icon, wait for the splash screen, then select the device from the list, 2. more settings were available when using the Liberty 3 Pros in single bud mode. Even the widget with the sound mode buttons gets disabled. 3. I updated the firmware to 4.x, now I can't toggle ambient sound modes w a gesture w a single bud :(

When 1st connecting your device through the app which I hate that you have to use an app and not just connect straight through the Bluetooth It is very hard and a lengthy process to go through once it is all set and done. I really like it because you can control the lights and the equalizer and other things

April 2022 update: Even after the update, the app still won't work. I can set alarms, and most of the time it won't even connect to my Wakey alarm. I don't know what happened in the last few days, but the app won't communicate with my Wakey anymore. I've deleted all app data and even uninstalled and reinstalled, but I can't get it to set or change alarms, or even play the radio. My Pixel 4 XL's bluetooth connects to it just fine, but the app locks up every time I try to change something.

Not sure if it's the most recent update, but that's when I noticed it: I retook the hearID test and I can hear everything. Before there were tones that I couldn't hear. I had an actual curve. Now it's just flat. Not sure if this is a bug but it makes me feel like I'm not getting the most out of this feature. I thought maybe my age range was just excluding me from the common tones that I shouldn't be able to hear, but changing my age <20 gives the same results.

I find it odd that you have to sign up to Soundcore to be able to modify the settings on your speaker. The app is very social and shop focused. For the options on the speaker is decent. Wish it tells you the exact percentage of battery life instead of just a bar system. Would be great if it could give an estimate of battery time remaining based on the current usage (current play at med volume is 12 hours left etc). That would be a somewhat unique feature.

I wish there was an adjustable notification sound setting. I use the Assistant, and whenever I activate it, it gives off a really loud, unbearable ring. The only way to turn it down is to lower the Bluetooth on call volume. Why is that? Edit: I'm well aware of how to "fix your problem", that's what my last sentence describes FFS. I wish there was a DEDICATED volume option. Also the dedicated widget needs better activation.

Loving this app even more after learning how the equalizer works. The equalizer can be a powerful tool if you know how to use it. The fact you can turn off your speaker with the app is a very underlooked function. It also lets you turn off sound prompts. It's the small touches like these is what makes an app good and user-friendly

If anyone is looking for a great music bud with an acceptable call quality, you might need to look elsewhere. I am using liberty 3 pro where the sound quality is superb. However when it comes to voice call, the connection drop is quite bad. Many a times, the opposite side can't hear me properly or I'm badly muffled. I have tested the ear bud on both my iPhone and Xiaomi phone where I face similar issues.

Super fast connection. Great controls. Except you have to reset earbud settings everytime you pair. That is annoying. Default is both buds are volume up for single tap. Which is annoying when you use them at work and cannot lower volume because you forget to adjust settings every time. Overall great buds! How can this setting be fixed?

Anker please fix broken app. It refuses to discover my liberty pro 3 after being idle(not current app on screen). Force closing the app is the only way to get it to reconnect to buds. You guys want me to send the earbuds back but based on the fact that they can be connected and playing music when the error occurs tells me it's an app problem not with the buds. Other brands with companion apps I've owned never had this problem on the same device.

I love the app it's always work very well except for the update before this one and the one yesterday I guess it would be April and now May update.... The HEAR ID ANC we'll go to the step in optimize but it just stops and does not say try now like it used to so I thought this new update would help but it didn't and I looked at the compatible earbuds for the app while I know for sure it is but the " Liberty 3 Pros " are not on that list is there a different app for them?

When they're being "tested" the volume is high enough to hear. When you push play to liaten to music it's SO QUIET. I'm so annoyed. I've tried redoing the hearing test SEVERAL times and nothing is helping. There isn't even sound coming from them whilst doing the hearing test anymore?!

Purchased Motion+ summer 2021. You've fix the ridiculous power on/power off sounds to be off(thank god), and the weird chorus delay effect that was extremely noticeable and present especially on spoken word. Thank you for fixing these issues. But there has been a persistent issue that's never been fixed. When it reaches 20% battery, it shuts down. It shouldn't shutdown until it reaches zero!! Please please fix this 🙏

Missing some battery indications. I never kmow when the P3 earbuds are fully charged, does 5 bars means its full or its still charing the last 20%? Should have an option to switch between % and bars. Second, the case also doesnt indicate that it had fully charged the earbuds or not, it only tells the battery of case itself.

I onnected Liberty 3 pro with my iPhone. Everytime I try to connect it with my Samsung tab A7, the main page just blinks awhile then the tutorial page shows up. Everytime I complete the survey, the page restarts & the same thing keeps happening!? It never happened so with my Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro!! The app updated with Ldac option for Air 2 pro & it works fine. But, Ldac option never works with my tab with Liberty 3 pro! I uninstalled+reinstalled the app many times. No change so far!

Nice to be able to adjust equalizer settings, but app doesn't remember preferences with headphones to turn off touch controls, very annoying. Should not need to use app to access limited feature sets; more should be mapped to physical buttons and not require app to connect headphones via Bluetooth.

This is a very fun app. No problems yet with it. Great job with this update adding the Grammy award people for sound options...that's something that I missed from the Liberty 2 Pro's, but now that it's on the Liberty 3 Pro's. I'm loving those earbuds even more than the Liberty 2 Pro's.

The headphones refuse to reconnect with the phone. Works for the Bluetooth USB adapter on my PC. Used to work better before the last update. The phone is a Samsung S10+ fully updated.

Can't connect to the headphones and refuses to find them. Sync process doesn't work. Bluetooth constantly drops out. Never had an issue with other headphones. Sometimes looses the connection and can't sync them back up. Reccomend never buying soundcore products.
