Sounders FC

I love the Sounders but this app is mediocre at best. There are so many issues that I probably can't list the all. The biggest problem is not being able to easily get to things (like team formation for a game) that should easy to find. I also find it annoying that it doesn't have a video player built into the app. Not that I really like the website video player either but at least you don't have to go outside the website to watch a video. There are issues with the account manager login.

I like the interviews and loved watching the celebration after the cup win. This app works great for what I want to see.

This app is continuing it's trend of becoming less stable and less reliable as time goes on. First and most importantly, the app is tied into Ticketmaster using an unreliable system and will randomly fail to display your tickets. Given that this is the only method of accessing your tickets, that means that you are barred from entering an event that you paid for. It is absolutely unacceptable to bundle the basic functionality of accessing your tickets into a bloated and unreliable app. Do you want to disable notifications to avoid spoilers for a match that you can't watch live? Then you better go into your system settings and remove the notification permission for this app. There is, of course, a setting in the app to turn off the notifications, but that setting does absolutely nothing. You will receive match updates regardless of what you configure within the app. The latest "feature" of this app is a splash screen ad that pops up every single time that you click to the home menu. Just what it needed.

When this app works, it's a great app for any sounders fan whose looking for the latest news, match details, squad line up, really anything you could want concerning Sounder FC. However, more often than not (~60%-70% of the time), this app doesn't work. Whether it refuses to open, crashes while in the back ground and even while in the app, has notifications that don't really work with android, and don't even think of pushing the back button you'll just be kicked out of the app entirely, etc.

Update: I can access tix once again. Revised rating. This app used to work without issues. But as of late I have been unable to log into the account manager to get my tickets. Fortunately, I can access via the Sounders web page. I have tried to log out of account manager, but that button does not work, so I don't have ability to log back in. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, but doesn't work. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed. Until then I have uninstalled the app.

The genius scanning tickets couldn't make the scanner work with the brightness setting on my phone all of a sudden. It's worked every game for years but not today. He wanted to make it my problem that the app and scanner doesn't work correctly. If the scanner required a specific brightness level all of a sudden, fix the app to meet those conditions. What's wrong with you? How is this my problem that you changed something?

Really disappointed in this app, as it has been completely unusable all season for two major features: 1) I simply cannot access/manage season tickets with the app. When prompted to log into TM account, the error message "internet connection appears to be offline" appears every time. 2) Pre-game lineup notification is also useless, as it goes to a non-enlargable lineup image that is too small to make out, even on the large screen of my Samsung Note. Please fix!

Works so far in 2022 but we're just one game in. Crashed or didn't work multiple times last season in 2021, which was very frustrating.

App crashes all the time. In line to have my tickets scanned at last home match, and app crashed, logged me out and took 15 minutes to finally log back in. If an app is REQUIRED to access tickets we have paid for, it must be much more stable. I have been trying to access info about tis weekend's event for the past two days, and it crashed every time, uninstall, reinstall, and all the troubleshooting in the world doesn't help. I dont have a backup method to get my tickets so what now!

Handles season tickets well, and is good for club news and matches.

App constantly crashes! Can't access account manager. Can't click on anything. So just keeps closing. Tried uninstall and reinstall, and it's still crashing. Hope I can access my tickets to get into the next match!

Lots of time I get messages about some update going on with the team, but when I open the app, the information is not there. I refresh the page, go to the "news" tab, etc. but all I see is the earlier info. I have to go to Soundersatheart to get more recent news.

Mostly love this app. I wish there was better news coverage, like pulling content from other sources and better ways to watch games not available on TV. But it is nice to have season tickets options at your fingertips.

eh... for a high tech City we got an ok app. need a no spoiler option and easier way to get to season holder ticket Management. also.. SeatGeek is a horrible sir with a horrible UI. no way to transfer or sell bulk tickets without a thousand clicks. but i digress. this review is due the Sounders app. still... meh...

It's a fine app, wish the match day XI was easier to see within the app though.

This app is broken - inaugural season ticket holder and every game the app says it cant connect to the internet so I cant get my tickets in the app. Ticketmaster wont print the tickets as it says they are available in the mobile app (which just cycles with a cannot connect to the internet) On the same phone, in a home with 1 gig internet wifi and with 5G data plan with my wireless carrier - I can connect to any site and through any app. As my parking pass is in this app, I dont have the luxury of driving to the stadium and sorting this out in person. Fix this app or you will be losing season ticket holders.

App has been having major problems recently with accessing tickets or staying logged in. Now the app won't even open. Tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. Happy to change to a 5 when it's fixed

Too hard to transfer tickets and doesn't save login

Love it for everything Sounders. Would like to include important MLS announcements or events, not all of them or for every team. Adding short replays of all matches and some for Tacoma Defiance, mainly ones not televised (ie open cup), I'd appreciate it. Sorry if you do and I'm not looking in the right place

Required to use this to use digital tickets yet there are ads. Wow sounders that's really low and not cool. Uninstalling as soon as I use the tickets. Very disappointing.

This app malfunctions routinely, refusing to open Account Manager (which is the only way to get in to games). If you're going to give people only one option for accessing their tickets, it needs to work.

App does not connect to Ticketmaster. Everytime I try to view/access my tickets it says that I'm not connected when I am (5G connection or even when connected to home WiFi). Very frustrating especially when we can only access tickets for games via our phones.

Good source for news and GameDay stuff but notifications and spoilers are completely broken. Have all notifications off and no spoilers for 24 hours but still getting current score updates at half and full time.

The only thing that would make this app better is if it indicated your ticket status on SeatGeek, i.e. Sent, On Market or Sold. If they're sold they need to have the barcode blacked out so I can't accidentally steal my tickets back from a purchaser (this has happened).

App won't stay open long enough to download my paperless ticket. Proably a good thing, because it also won't stay open long enough to cancel my automatic re-enrollment in 2022 tickets. Going to have sime extra money i haven't had since 2009.

This app is deeply flawed. Once I look at one story, if I click on any other link it sends me back to that same article. Very frustrating.
