Can't get them to work with Alexa. No one is never there to help when you call. This app sucks. I just want to connect the ear buds. I don't want Alexa to work through this app. I want Alexa to work on my phone.
Having the same problem as everyone else. App never connects, just keeps flashing between the connect and set up page over and over. What a waste.
App doesnt work. It goes into pairing for half a second and goes back to the fo to settings image over and over . Using soundpeats true wirless free +.
Please update your app and add support for the latest soundpeats wireless earbuds that is released and also fix bugs and make further improvement for the app. And adding useful features is always welcome.
Absolutely Terrible, keeps making right speaker say "power on" every 30 sec, without ever connecting to the app. Love the headphones! Hate the app.
When you try and pair the earbuds it simply appears to be trying to pair to Alexa and never completes. However if you two 3 times on the right earbud it will open the Alexa app.
Does not work with MotoG7, just keeps trying to pair even though my Bluetooth is connected and listening to music. No way to check battery usage.
Not sure what it does. Appears to be nothing but app crashing won't find headphones, screen just keeps jumping. Uninstalled
What is the purpose of a app that can track you and doesn't even start to function. I couldn't even get the app out of set up when my earbuds work fine
The app doesn't work as many other have said, loads up and connects to trueair 2 then says connecting to Alexa....never does connect despite being next to my echo spot for over 1hr.
Awful app. Gets stuck in a loop trying to pair. Can't get past the first screen, therefore cannot adjust sounds Get it sorted
Does not work on Note 10. Keeps trying to pair in app even though it has paired with phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still does not work.
The app hasn't been updated in over a year and is broken, it gets stuck trying to connect to Alexa and will do nothing else.
The earbuds are so good. It's sad to see this broken app with the Soundpeats name. I feel like if the app is this broken, will they even continue to support their product? Soundpeats desperately needs to just remove this app.
This app is not updated since an year. It doesn't even detect if my bluetooth is on or off correctly.
Soundpeat H1 already connected via BT to mobile but app just keeps flashing in Pairing screen. Uninstalled and installed app again, still does not work. Why bother to release app if its so buggy???

App doesn't work on oneplus 8. Stuck on connecting to Bluetooth page. I have soundpeats trueengine 3 se.
Kills phone battery. Used 59% compared to 12% by screen. Have to launch app when connected to earphones to use Alexa commands.
Won't work with the H1... even after their announcement. Also drains the battery like a drought. Don't use this.
Doesn't get past the pairing screen on a Huawei P20. Great idea, and headphones are fab, but needs fixing.
if there is a zero or negative it is going there. tried to use the soundpeats q12 plus but the app couldnt even detect it eventhough the headset is already connected

Did not work on my OnePlus 5 keep saying I should go to Bluetooth settings to pair then blink to the Bluetooth symbol in a mili sec then back again over and over.

Terrible! I cant get in without pairing some weird thing and i need to disable battery low warning!!!
The app is stuck on the loading screen that says "setting up device" when I connect the TrueAir 2 with my phone. This makes the app literally useless when using the newest earphones therefore I cannot talk with alexa when my phone is turned off.
