This was a good game when I first played it. Now the music is extremely broken and glitchy, the game gets so off sync with the music that your character will just straight up junp into a pit and keep falling. This game has a lot of problems now that need to be fixed.
My only real complaint is that it hasn't really been updated in years so there are a lot of things that it would have been great to have, like more gem types to play as such as Lazulis or Rutiles, but it is still great overall. I seriously hope that this doesn't get taken down despite the show ending today because it is an amazing game and I hate rhythm games.
Could've been great. Too much junk songs in the game, generic sounding song that aren't in the show (approx 90% of them are junk songs in my 1hour play session). Also missing a note and the game slap you in the face by giving out a LOUD annoying buzzing sound.
Good concept, poorly executed. The "songs" are basically very fastpaced remixes of the OST. So fast that neither my sis nor I could keep up 1/2 the time. On top of tht r some programming issues tht made my sis unable to play at all. It likes to freeze, and when it does, you lose a lot of ⭐ since it's so fast. The story is also barely there; it feels like they wrote 1 just so they could say there is 1. The animations & character designer are decent tho. Overall, I would just redo the entire game.
Dear Cartoon Network, I love this game with all of my heartso please update this add some songs in from the later seasons had stuff in from the movie as like bonus things or just more levels this is such an amazing game and such a great concept it could use a little work from lag and stuff like that but all you really need to do is add more levels and songs that would be amazing especially from the new Steven universe movie, so if you see this maybe you updated cuz that would be great. So... the good! the reason this gets a 4 instead of a 2 is because they handle F2P super generously. In game currency is super freely given and you never need to pay and its only cosmetic. Good on you developers! The bad. This show has amazing music like "Full Disclosure" This game isnt that. Its hastily thrown together Synthwave filler with bastardized versions of the Steven Universe music. Full disclosure becomes awkwardly sped up and made into 2000's trashrock.
Out of all the SU games, this one is probably best for your phone. You can hear all the classic songs and tap along with your own custom character. Sometimes my taps wouldn't quite register, but it might be my phone.
This game is awsome but in level one of Rose's Fountain, I am always clicking the beats but they seem to be that I am not clicking it at all. And that is why the gem's strength keeps on getting low. It is not an advantage of increasing the strength. This has made me very unhappy. But improving this mistake would bring those five star reviews back from my side. Please, Try It ! That has totally convinced me to delete the game. I know that somewhere it would be my mistake too. But that is very bad.
I really liked the game! In 2 days and I have already unlocked the Kindergarden but the little problem is the Kindergarden is so difficult even to beat the first level so please make it easier to beat the levels. And a very tiny bug is lag, I sorta annoyed me in levels. Still gonna rate this game⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐^_^!
This game is Amazing, my favorite part is that you don't have to be perfect to get a 3 star, you can make plenty of mistakes, and still get that 3 star, and one thing, add the songs from the Steven universe movie as extra levels
Yeah, so I had the same problem as almost everyone who wrote a review here, apparently. I downloaded the app, opened it, and it did nothing. I tried waiting, still nothing. I honestly gave up on this game but tried opening it again the next day, and IT WORKED FINE. As a fan of Steven Universe and this being the only free SU game I can get, this game is the best! :D The concept is really cool too XD
This is a waste of my time, the customization menu isn't even loaded properly! Theres no character,no buttons, and of course a background and some text that says what section you are on, I tried uninstalling and installing again but its still the same. This is such a waste of time.
The game itself is good. The only thing is the loading from the main map takes A LONG TIME before I could play. Please fix it as soon as you can. It really bores me...
I gave this game a fair shot and im not impressed the game is extremely buggy, it sometimes freezes midgame that ends up messing you up and just genuinly looks unfinished I know you can do better with this, if you fix the bugs freshen the animation and fix the soundtrack glitches this would be a much better and more fun game.
I would've gave it a 5 but it's suuuper slow and it takes a really long time to load and sometimes it like glitches when you're trying to play the game and just makes you miss buttons :T
This game is great! and I would give it 5 star if there were more characters like a Topaz,Aquamarine, Sapphire, Bismith,and maybe somewhere in between the game our gems that we created could learn how to fuze with the other gems! But if that's to much for you at least think about the characters I insisted to be in the game.
All of the sounds are extremely glitchy, and malfunctioning music on a rhythm game makes the game essentially unplayable. Deleting and reinstalling did not fix this, and I had this problem a few months ago as well.
As I was scrolling to see reviews on this game I played before. I must agree that this needs to be updated! I really love SU and SUF, really I do but if you guys update this game that will be amazing! Ik this game is old and it'a really hard to get glitches out ( which I haven't experienced in the game ) but, it would be nice if you did. Thank you for reading my review. And well, thank you SU and SUF for being there when I needed it....
The game itself is amazing! But ive had to re-install it a few times because it sometimes completely stops working.
The game idea is good but it's not so well implemented. It needs and update with more songs and movements, it's a music game!
Nice game nice levels and everything about this game is nice since i like steven universe but can you make juke box to hear the songs in the show and when you play in some levels can you make the remixed songs of crystal gems to the original ones really would appreciate it. And could you add the su characters in the game
It's a good game but it's very laggy and on one of the levels, my character got stuck, I've closed the game and re-opened and it didn't work
Hey i downloaded this and opened the app but it was just a black screen for lije two to three minutes and then i closed out of it and deleted idk if thats normal like is that the loading screen or was that because the app isnt compatable with samsung? But i like the concept even uf it wasnt working for me
The levels are interesting and beautiful to looks at, which makes it a real shame that you're too busy looking at the side bars to even look at what your gem is doing. The music is good, but the majority of them sound the same. I can tell there was effort put into the game, but it fell short of what it could be. Also, I reached the end as a Ruby and the story didn't finish. Once you've beaten all of the levels...that's it. It could just be me, but like I said, the story didn't have any actual continuation after the final level.
