good concept but almost nothing works. can't see my orders can't see inventory and everything takes ages to work properly I always prefer to use the website because its much easier. there is literally a constant banner that says "something went wrong!" it may as well but the logo for this app.
The app does not work to update prices. I removed it long ago and today installed again hoping that they might have fixed it. But useless. What is the point of keeping it online if prices can't be changed ? It shows error
2 updates in few days and the experience is so bad. After update can't login... App keeps crashing. DISAPPOINTED by souq support and technical services. Older version was much better atleast it used to open.
After the system changed to amazon's, the experience became WORSE. have to keep logging into app for every use. CANT change product prices, says user credentials incorrect, FIX IMMEDIATELY!
App performs as expected, but after the last update I'm no longer able to log in as my email. Address has a dash in it. Will revise rating if/when this is fixed.
after the update, i can't login to my account because my e-mail contains - minus sign. Amazon is a big name and i can't belive that they don't have the ability to hire talented programers that can fix a simple login problem like that?!
It's not working as other selling apps , as on this app I can't change the price and I can't manage the business, when I was calling Souq for this issue they said this is not official way to manage business and this is like plus it's not mandatory to work, less than one star .. Amazon app in the USA much better than this. plus that it is not working at all now , unability of logining in .. at leaset update the sellers whats going on , 22/Jan/ 2019 Thanks
not reliable by any means, no notification, signs out automatically, can't Action items from it, can't even change price feom it , it showw header frame error !!
I dont like it dont works most of the time . Also the FBS banner is placed down of the dashboard . We cant search in our inventory if we wantnto search . Very bad app . Please fix this issues . Website also works slow
Terrible experience , it was great at first but then it stopped doing anything useful , they're always putting all of their attention on customers only and they don't care a bit about sellers and this app proves that , I'm very disappointed
since Amazon aquired Souq, the app become sucks/useless you name it, I didn't get any notification if so one buy from my store and even more I can't access my account using this app, I have to do it from Laptop/Desktop version.
Im using android os. There is no confirm order button, only the decline order button is available. Thanks to fix it in the next update.
Not stable. Signs out by itself. Often login & basic functions don't work. Much improvement needed.
Very poor application and useless, you can use it just to confirm your order, otherwise you can't delete or add or cancel and each time it force you to login in.
One bad thing about the app which os the main thing is that it keeps rejecting all the items i put ...it really takes time n effort to scan stuffs put price and submit for every single product and at the end it gets rejected god knws y
The apps does what it should, but it constantly logs you off and you cant confirm orders, which makes you rather sign in from the website then the app unfortunately
Earlier version was Good.. I have to reinstall the app more than 3 times ( your mobile based application) .,,, as iit is not getting logged in..... Latest version need to update resolve this issue
Unable to edit price of de products in inventory management.. Its giving an Http error.. Pls fix the app or update it.. Its almost useless we cant confirm the orders nor we are able to edit the inventory... Please reply or i m uninstalling it
if u can not login to this app, go to settings, clear app cache files, clear all data give permission to storage and force close.. open again.. now u can login
As this App is made for seller to access remotely or when they travel but this has limited features or restric from creating invoice as pdf or jpeg image instead of print, when the seller is travelling he or she should have option of saving invoice or download invoice or printing
This App was bad but now it is the worst at all, even it is not working since long. Souq is very greedy people they make millions monthly from clients and the very high commission which sucks sellers blood, even though they don't sacrifice little money to develop their basic App. This was not expected from Amazon, but who cares anyways, they are only dogging after money. Really shameful and disappointing.
i was hoping to see souq using the money they charge me in good use. I guess no point to have this app in your phone. sometimes it works and you get notifications other time you won't so it depends on the mood of the app. furthermore you cant accept orders using the app.... my question is what i'm supposed to do with this app if it cant get notifications nor accepting orders through this app? Please anyone answer even if you write this as review it might work well as global joke.
need alot of work , every time i have to sign in , i cant full control all my items , using this application good for monitoring only, very bad for controlling
I have been facing problems with withdrawing my funds to my bank account, and after months of back and forth in the emails (as there is no hotline for sellers) now no one is responding!!
I would have given 4 stars but now it is not possible to manage the price of the live EANs since a long time, I wonder why you people are not fixing such a silly issue being a giant E-commerce company... Disappointing!! 😒
Useless application.. You can't view your orders or accept them .. can't print AWB for already confirmed orders .. Can't list new items to the inventory
It keep logging out every few minutes, even when I am using it?! Even the web platform itself have the same issue,
Everytime i use the application i have to uninstall and reinstall the application again! This is so frustrating!!!
Every time I log in with my amazon email it's refreshes in the same page and I can't get access to my account on the app I only use browser to log in easily
Listing take forever and not clear at all. Extremely bad behavior from the call center, this app keeps on logging of and miss the lists of products even after placing it multiple times. The app is a real disaster! Keeps on asking for verification and now it's the 4th time for me to verify it!!
