Hire someone with technical skills. Both this app and your web site are full of bugs. I would be embarrassed to release a product like this. Do not rely on this. You are better off printing your boarding pass on paper. The app will say it saved your boarding pass but when it comes time for you to retrieve it you won't find it unless you go to check in and dig through that to generate your boarding pass. So many other deal breaking bugs. Pathetic.

The app needs A LOT of work. I tried booking a flight and it would not move onto the search page after selecting "search." A very disappointing app. The layout of it also needs to be cleaned up, there is too much happening on one page. SAA, please fix your app or remove it! It's disappointingly useless.

This app is a failure. Based on my experience 25 April 2019. The check-in works the first time only. Thereafter, you will not be able to find your boarding pass again in the app unless you do a check-in again. So, do a screenshot of your boarding pass. The bookings shows my single flight 3 times. Avoid the inconvenience of this app and use their website. This app never was tested before it was released on the Play Store.

I didn't believe all the bad comments. And kind of thought, they must have fixed it... But no, beautiful apps, bur based on the website, so hard to navigate on a phone, full of bugs, freeze in the middle, slow, counterintuitive, a real shame...

This should be called cr-app !! At almost 80mb of rubbish, I'm really surprised that nobody has latched on and fixed it. By the time you get you online boarding pass, the plane would have reached its destination and you would still be trying to check in. Come on SAA, if this is a reflection of your competence then Ryanair will be able to pick up all your flight slots.💩💩💩💩 You have to laugh - "What's New" states they have updated the font style. If they deleted everything it would improve it

This has to be the WORST airline app. You add a booking, and it confirms it, but then the flights do not show up. And if you want to check-in on the booking that you have already added to the app, it wants you to put in your details (name, booking ref., etc.) from scratch! The app designers have obviously no clue regarding how such an app should work. I must confess I'm not surprised, considering the state of this company.

The app needs work, it does mot have my account profile, I cant see my history, can't see my flight status and points. Can't book flights and or redeem pints. The app does mot even remeber my profile and when I am already booked on a flight, I have to capture it manually... Not useful. 😊

Everything is so slow. I'm using a high-end device with really good internet access and still barely usable. Once I eventually reached the manage booking page it wouldn't let me add one, so had to give up and use the website instead

This app simply doesn't work! It stops within a few seconds of opening... every single time! This app has has to win the award for the most useless app of all time! Well done SAA! Tried to use this app on several different devices. Fails every time!

The worst airline app in history of airline apps ! Why must I input booking details? My work buddies receive a notification from KLM and British when a travel company books under their name. It doesn't marry Voyager automatically to a flight either. Basically it's a flight schedule tracker. No No No.

Crashes 100% of the time on Samsung S6 and Note 8. I'm glad the app developers don't also build their planes. Have reinstalled a few times in case but given up now. The website isn't much better. Never mind eh...

A total waste of time. The app does nothing but give basic information. It does not allow you to perform the functions you expect it to, like get seat allocation, check in and get boarding passes. Damaging for SAA's reputation.

Very slow. Poor menus. Check-in downloads a boarding pass and then to retrieve it later you have to check-in again. Worst airline app I have used.

Add your booking, but nothing appears.Try re adding and the response is that the flight reference is already being tracked 🤔🤔 For goodness sakes. Waste of time and data! Whole app is just shockingly ineffectual!

Useless app. Add a flight but then it features nowhere. Constantly ask to add a flight but I cannot add again. Rather pull the app from app store. Having a broken app is worse than no app.

They captured the state, they captured the airline and they captured the app. This app needs improve if you want to operate again in August and stop capturing everything.

After many unsuccessful trials with similar Apps, I will recommend this app in every given opportunity. It was so easy for me to get reservations and make payments unlike other apps that will redirect payments to other sites that are not registered in SA. It's a good and simple App to use!

Very frustrating to enter the "destination" field. I tried to book a flight to South Africa but there's no drop down box and it wouldn't accept what I have entered. So, it's not worth it.

seriously, a terrible airline app. not intuitive. endless searching for simple things like seating map.

This App is so Pathetic and Useless. It doesn't allow you to stay on it for even a second and it shuts down on it's own. Needs to be fixed!!!

I tried it despite the comments. The truth is it doen't work. The APP crashed repeatedly while adding a flight. -- useless, deleted.

The most useless app I ever used. Cannot login. Cannot reset password. Cannot login with FB. Error messages for every action.

This app is not really very helpful as you can't claim your missing voyager miles. If I can't do this, then what is the point of having the app

Poorly constructed. Drops your data on updating. Date select function an absolute frustration when setting personal data.
