South African ID

You app doesn't work. Whenever you want to "Check Marital Status", and I do have credits for that, it throws out the message, "Error retrieving data"... And when you put in a deceased person's ID number, it shows "Valid" ID, which it is not supposed to show. Your app is really of no use... It seems like you just take the peoples' money when they buy credits and you are ripping them off...

Not correct. No marital status, incorrect info.. Downloaded the one from Bires sa id verification and that one is spot on, even gives the marital status, date of marriage and homeaffairs ID photo. Works 100% and gives feedback within seconds. The one from Bires Is the one to download.

App doesn't work. I tried to check my marriage status, paid for the 5 credits, twice, only to receive back null values for my name, surname and marriage status, telling me exactly what I know now, nothing. Don't download this app cause, like our home affairs customer call number, it's completely useless.

An error. Receiving a lot of emails about details of people. This must be a bug.

Not good, good day guys technical team wanted to check my marriage status and I bought credits aswell and when I want to check nothing happens just my credits get minus please fix this or refund my money.

I Verify ID and it just prompt me to buy more credits then does nothing, seems to be scam or at best a time waster.

I don't do the paying for credits thing not my thing not to this government i give enough i take it you need to pay credits to use the verification features as shown in the demo pics

The app doesn't even bring up the ID. What's the point of having it?? To see if an ID is valid... Not so useful..

App not working. I need to have marital status as proof for some application. I bought some credit but only to get an error reply. So frustrating!

As stated in the description: The app has no affiliation with the department of Home Affaurs. The app tells you obvious info you can see just looking at an ID number... very unsuseful! dont waste your time!

This app is telling me that a ten year old is 26 years which is not correct...thanks..will rate it better if this is fixed

poor and disappointing. Paid for 5 credits and my info returned as null on everything. Don't pay anything. its a waste

Paid, requested marital status, put out an error message continuously, please refund as this is unacceptable 😔 and I am NOT emailing you!!

Worst app ever... error retrieving data all the way since. Ae maan I wasted with my money and data for nothing.

I paid for confirmation of 2x ID numbers and didn't receive any info.

After you buy credit you keep on getting the message "error". Its a waste of your money

Fast and efficient and not pricey.

Not seeing the use of this app. Only displays info already in the id nr.

Nonsense it doesn't show the hole details as it requires card number to inform you futher about the person whether they married or not.

I think it must keep my ID nomber in it, so that to do things easier for me.
