Scratch-offs are my current favorite entertainment. This app allows me to check not only my tickets, but the status of each game, how many of what prizes are still available, enter all of my 2nd Chance Tickets... And it even explains how to play each game thoroughly. I would give it 5 ⭐, but there is no key for the Money Burst Symbol Words for any of the Lady Jumbo Bucks tickets!
I have updated to the latest Android version and it still crashes when scanning tickets for 2nd chance. This has been happening since the new app launched. Any fixes would be good SC Lottery. Very inconvenient to continue to re-login over and over after 1,3, or 5 scans. 01/23/22 rating, this app hasn't been upgraded to accommodate the errors for (submitting 2nd chance non-winning tickets). This is a "deterrent" in my opinion and very inconvenient and time consuming when compared to other states.
Don`t bother. App worked great for a while then scanner stopped working. Uninstalled, reinstalled and it read one ticket and crashed. Uninstalled and will NOT install again. Update: reinstalled the app about a month ago and the ticket checker has not failed yet.
Sometimes my winning tickets scan as not a winner and then after scanning the same ticket multiple times it will scan as a winner , with the correct winning dollar amount . I wonder how many winning tickets I've actually thrown away that this faulty app has scanned as no winning , before I discovered there was a glitch in this app ???
*Fixed- Thanks!* The app is requiring an update. When selecting the "update" button, it takes me to the app to either uninstall or open. There is no option to update. After trying numerous times, I just tried to do an uninstall and reinstall. After reinstall, I opened the app, only to find the button to update. So basically, my app is broken and is of no use at the moment. Husband's phone has the same issue so it's not a device problem.
Ticket checker never works. Tried on two different phones (one Android and one iPhone). Sort of the main reason I'd use it, and that feature just "scans" and goes back to the app after doing nothing.
It's should be that you don't have a put your password everything. Secondly it drops the card ALOT which causes you to have to re-enter password
Great for double checking, never know when u over look a number. Never throw away a winning ticket again.

Uneven performance. Will sometimes just spin and spin (others apps are working), the e-play slips give retailers fits and sometimes I can't log in. Needs work.
Ugh! Now the SCEL produces a ticket where you can use the app to spin a wheel. Spoiler alert: THE APP CRASHES WHEN YOU TRY THIS FEATURE (Android, not sure about Apple products). Why do users have to log in every time? Annoying! Plus, the app just crashes when you scan your ticket - and of course you have to log in again when that happens. The app may be updated, but it is NOT improved!
Recently it was changed to require you to always give the location information, not only when you're using the app. There is zero reason for this. It also doesn't remain logged in requires you to authenticate each time, but it's broken so you have to close it and then you can log in. the only reason for installing is the ability to scan tickets. However you have to be logged in to scan tickets and that's where a lot of the problems are. If they remove the constant location requirement, its ok.
Everytime I scan a ticket the app reverts back to sign in page. It won't do anything else. It's worthless.

This app sucks. I wish I could upload a screenshot. Blank screen every time you open the app. Browser version works great. Waste of space on my phone and I am deleting it, now. Additionally, I am beginning to question the integrity of the second chance drawings when entering them online. Over the last ten years, I've entered hundreds; never won a second chance drawing, not even once; including the time I cleaned out a car I bought and found like 50 nonwinners, entered them all.
good app for a start. just hoping a future update to display previous draws like the "Lotto Results" app does. but other than that, its a pretty rounded app. easy to use. no confusion. its simple and easy if your looing for (Current) draws. and please update to where we can scan any scratch tickets to check for winners. that would be cool. I'd even pay for that added feature. i scratch a lot of tickets and usually save the non winners until i get to the store to re check them.
The camera in the ticket scanner doesn't always work and late at night it doesn't scan tickets
Requires account to use any feature. No reason at all for that to just check a ticket
This Lottery website is colorful and explains by the ways that we can win. I didn't know that we could send in our losing tickets for second chance to win
Keeps telling me I need to update to the latest version but goes back to the screen to select open. Keeps repeating this process and unable to log in.
Biometric feature is not available for sign-in. Camera/scan feature freezes up when checking ticket.... These issues started with latest update.
The scanning process has got to improve. All store clerks are not familiar with the app. They gets frustrated when asked to scan a e-ticket
App keeps CRASHING! Support recommend purging cache. Does not help. App is useful. But, frustrating due to it's instability!
Pretty straight forward. I use it to check the lottery numbers. I also use it for the new and old scratch off games for remaining prizes.
The update doesn't work. The face recognition often doesn't recognize. I deleted it and will just check Google or go the the site!
States an update is needed. When you click update, it takes you to the Google store, but no update is available.
If I could choose 0 stars, I would; this app is the worst; hell you can't even enter a non-winning ticket. A bunch of bull...The app still not working as of 1/29/22...smh
This is a great app considering I have to use it enter my second chance tickets. But it crashes after 3 tickets most the time.. are y'all up to some shady stuff. I mean geez. Also is the app can't even scan tickets without crashing how do we even know it's not screwing up out second chance entries.
I have an Android device. I tried checking lottery tickets by scanning the barcode and the application would show the results on a very dim unreadable screen. Immediately after this the application crashed. I tried it several times and it crashed every time.
