1 star for the one time it worked out of the many times I've tried. Why have the app available to download when it's not perfected? Nebraska is only 2 miles away I'll continue to buy from them. Their app works great!
If not quick enough, knowing where and what needs to be clicked and scanned, you will not be checking your ticket, entering 2nd chance, navigating your settings, etc.
Anything you can manage to do in this app locks it up forcing you to close it and reopen to try again. This application really needs to be worked on and it really seems like nothing is being out into this to make it more user friendly or efficient.
App is less than useless. Navigation doesn't function. Doesn't sync with players club login. Scan doesn't function. Go back to the drawing board.
App keeps freezing and never completes sign up and have to close app and open it again to scan or register. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times and still not any better then before if not worse.
Great way to check scratch tickets! 2nd chance drawing is also one of the best odds youll get in the betting world.
It won't stop freezing. Can't even do anything barely scan and freeze open freeze try to enter something in everytime u need to push next or anything freeze. Seriously I would have never wasted my time freeze...
the app keeps crashing when I scan a ticket. It's been doing it a while now and still no fix.... ***UPDATE*** The app seems to be better now. Other than I dont ever seem to win. .
It continues to lock up. Half the time you can't access it and if you do get the scanner to work you can't go any farther and enter the second chance drawing.
Usually down. And I've never known ANYONE that has won the second chance drawing on scratch tickets if you have please tell me. I kinda think it's a fake thing
Instead of simply letting you type in your birth date on the profile page, there is a calendar, which is a monthly view that you can only swipe back and forth between months. I had to swipe through 358 months to get to my birthdate...
App won't open, stays on the loading please wait for 20 minutes, uninstalled. My galaxy s8+ has never had this problem with any other apps I've installed. Disappointing.
Alot of the time the Play It Again and scratch ticket scanner doesnt work...but its alot better than it used to be. It gets frustrating cuz thats all i use it for
It word for a while and not it does scan tickets very well or navigate. Need to fix bugs. I uninstalled it.
This app doesn't do anything other then encourage you to buy into the lottery. 80% of the menu items either don't work or crash the app.
Awful. Tried it awhile ago and the scanner didn't work. They emailed me saying it works now. Guess what? Still doesn't work.
This app sucks it doesn't scan regular lottery tickets correctly at all. I won a larger prize and the scanner told me it was a losing ticket what a joke.
Lots of bugs in this app. Many features and buttons do not work or it will just crash.
Every time I go to scan my tickets says "system is inaccessible do to maintenance or a connection issue"...Please fix this
JUNK. JUNK. JUNK. Scanned 3 scratch tickets and app said all 3 were winners. Got to store to cash them in and all three were losers. I would give this app 0 ☆'s if I could.
A majority of the time I use it...it can scan my tickets because it's Down or unavailable...etc
Older version worked great. Now when you scan a ticket it jst takes you to the play store...
keep experiencing maintenance issues when trying to scan a ticket.....only scans for second chance.
Can't scan tickets or enter my non winning Powerball tickets!! All I can do with this app is checking my non winning numbers!! Sucks!!
New update wont allow me to scan my tickets. The app keeps closing when i use the scanner

Scanner doesn't work. Invalid email.
App constantly freezes and needs to be force closed and restarted. The only way to I can get it to scan scratch off tickets is one at a time, then close the app, reopen, scan another, force close again, and repeat. 2nd Chance drawing will not work for scanning at all. It won't allow manual input either as it claims. It will just freeze following the three page intro when it shows where to find the numbers and then returns to the camera. Easily the worst app I have ever used.
