I think the app Is pretty straight forward, but it's nothing pretty. I like how easy it is to transfer money from one account to my other. It does the job, but I definitely still see room for improvement. Like it would be nice to be able to send & receive money to/from people. Also it could look a little better, cuz it kinda looks rushed. Other than that, some personalization would be great, if each user could choose from different themes or at least have a dark mode, that couldn't hurt.

The app is extremely limited! At times it doesn't allow access despite having the correct login information. It only allows basic functions. Account details are egregiously inverted and there's no running balance in it's history. Fluidity is poor; taking about 6secs to show data after it's selected. **Since their merger, the only noticeable changes are company branding (logos etc.) While I still hold accounts here, I'm forced to bank elsewhere in search of a better user experience.

Had issues opening after this last update, had uninstall, reinstall and restart my phone before it worked properly. Overall, the app does what it should. The only thing missing is pending transactions. I always have to go to the website directly to find what's pending because it doesn't show om the app. Other than that I have no complaints.

Works ok but compared to other banking apps it has issues. Sometimes it will not let me use fingerprint login for whatever reason. Once you log on with your fingerprint if you try to do something in the app it inexplicably asks for your password. I have had to drive to the branch to deposit a check becayit failed on the mobile deposit multiple times with no explanation. If they could fix these issues I would give it 5 stars.

It does not work properly. I set up my three security questions. However I am asked security questions that I did not select. I now cannot get into my new accounts I set up. I had this same problem when I tried banking with them years ago. I had to come in on the weekends to do my banking because the app did not work and that was the only time they were open that fit my schedule. Its a great credit union, but the app is terrible.

At this point I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I haven't been able to log onto this app since July 2021...very disappointed. The app was, uninstalled, the phone restarted, then the app was reinstalled with no luck. Perhaps it's time for a new bank. I don't get to the bank often and rely on the app for what I need to do.

Non functioning app! I can open the app with fingerprint login but the app is frozen. I can't see any transactions. This is useless. Like another user mentioned even if I could open it there isn't any real information besides the amount I spent. There should be more information. I also wish I could send money to other accounts...my other accounts or family/friends. Can't wait to pull my money from here and get a different bank.

What I can view on the app is very limited compared to what I can view on the fullsite which I cant use on my phone anymore. For example i cant see my pending transactions on the app even though they reflect in my available balance so I cant tell if I'm missing money or paying bill or which bill is being paid. The app is only good for transfers and having a snapshot of my balance

When they merged over I've had nothing but issues it won't let me login to my online mobile account been trying for two day's this is awful..And it don't show you your transaction just ur current balance it really needs more work. And we should be able to transfer money into our account if choose to, but it won't let me! I'm really looking for another bank.

I never had an issue with using this app, until it's recent update and I keep getting an error screen on the title page. I called for tech support and was told that this version is no longer compatible with my phone, and now, I have to log in on the website to have access to my accounts, which is NOT mobile friendly. My phone version is not that old, to begin with, but apparently only those with the latest phones are the only ones who are allowed to use the app now. I am not a happy customer!

Very, very light on features/options. It works fine for the basics but that's pretty much it. Could really use options like notifications of account activity like when withdraws are made, when deposits post,, etc. Login issues are relatively frequent.

Finally an update after a year or 2 of inability to boot up (too new of a version of Android). Now I still can't get into the app. It boots up, sure. But I'm greeted with a warning about "clicker apps and security". Respectfully I appreciate the concerns, but no indication of the problem apps? Hey how about just relaxing the rules? Not doing me any favors "protecting me" from these nonexistent threats. About 2 years without, and still another issue smfh. But hey at least it launches now 🤷🏾‍♂️

Not the most technologically advanced and intricate banking app but it is very consistent and reliable. I have no complaints, rarely any bugs. I have enjoyed this app for years, imagine doing so for years to come.

It's a buggy app. Sometimes I can't log in. Developer mode needs to be off. But, when it works - which, honestly, is 97% of the time -, it works fine.

Everything is good except its still a little slow to load and it doesn't show pending transactions. I alway have to log into the website to see what's pending. That gets a bit frustrating at times. Why do I need the mobile app if I still need to log in to the website?

Basic functions are OK. However, I should be able to make a payment to credit card attached to my savings account. Needs a make payment button instead of making me transfer funds. What if I didn't have a checking or savings account just your credit card?

I've had this app for a long time. Recently it erased my login info. I had to go online and verify my info. I did that and was able to get into the app. Two days later it did the same thing. Please fix this problem I shouldn't have to go online every two days to verify my information. If that's the case why bother with the app??

I never had a problem with this app when it was South Jersey Credit Union. Always get right in. Easy to pay bills, transfer money or just check accounts. Now when it went to First Harvest always have trouble on my mobile phone.

I do like the app. however, it doesn't seem to offer a way to contact customer service, or offer more of an explanation of what you can and can't do, example, there's only so many times you can transfer between accounts during a month.

This app is really poor. It does not integrate fingerprint security . It also don't send alerts of account activities which really poor. Like deposits, withdrawals ,Charges. Overdrafts. Nothing . Its poor . I guess it better than nothing
