So so easy to use. And it will give you any notification you many need to keep you safe

The app requires you to clear the data and cache each time you log in! This is not a big deal except you must also verify your device through text or call each time as well. If you don't take the aforementioned steps, then you will see the endless scrolling circle with the text, "It's taking longer than expected. Your connection may be slow." It ultimately times out, and you are unable to log in.

Worst banking app I've used. Has a "pass phrase" instead of password which means extra long yet has no way for you to view your pass phrase before submitting. Most apps now adays have a way to view your password for accuracy. This really needs to be updated. Also don't care for the new account listing of transactions with no tally of a current total, just a list of the transaction amounts.

Can't log in..directs me to update app. But only option is to "open" which kicks me back to bank which again directs me to upgrade. Hmmm...this was working just fine until they decided to upgrade or whatever the reason..hey guys, if it isn't broken, don't fix it!!!

I've had zero issues with this app. I have biometrics turned on so I don't need a password. Works good.

The online experience has been on the decline with every update. The reason I first joined this bank was the online banking. They have cluttered it with useless tools. And now I can't even see a running total. This is definitely the reason I'm considering switching banks.

The app worked great for over a year then in the last few month's I cant log in. I started saying its taking longer then expected and I have to delete it and redownload it and then it's ok for a few times then delete and download again! This makes the 30th time ive download it please fix the problem

The app worked great for awhile but since all the updates it doesn't work most the time. It tells me the connection is taking longer than expected and won't allow me to long in. I really wish they would fix it.

Easy to use and great service on how to hook up.

very outdated, when transactions are shown it should shown the balance rendered at that time as a running total, no fingerprint sign in, unable to find where to change user name...super archaic

Great app and very easy to use. I love the external transfer option and the ability to send money to my friends and family using P2P.

I hate the new app. No running balance any more, just individual transactions and available credit. It was much better before they decided to "improve" it. Virtually useless now.

I had zero issues with this app until the update recently. Now I cannot access my account. I would give zero stars but it won't let me. I've already called the bank they told me they don't know what the problem is.

Since its update it has gotten worse. I cant do an online check deposit like I did before. Also the thing i hate the most about this app is that it doesnt have a running total on my accounts

Was a great app, but since the update it has been super bad! I have to delete it and reinstall it after one use. I wish they would fix it back to the way it was.

Living out of town, I have to rig some mobile deposits with smaller checks because they won't deposit big ones... Other than that, it's pretty good.

I like the app. It's very useful. Unfortunately, since this last update, it has been force closing. Can you please fix this in the next update?

I don't like the fact that you can't see the subtitle after a withdrawal has been made. they need to reinstitute that part of the app.

App is not working anymore was great for over 2 years now cant do nothing I've deleted it reloaded it works 1 time then back to no working please fix the issue

Difficult for me to remember the passcode and phrase but thank God they are always there to help me figure it out. 5 stars.

Easy to... use accurate... Saves time

It's ok. Nothing special. It was basically the same app I used at another bank before I started banking here. It's not hard to use.

When it works. It works well. It has taken me hours and multiply trys to log on real often

Great app. Wish when done it would exit back to main screen on phone or tablet.
