Southeastern Bank Mobile

Requires password changes too often. Will not always store passwords for recall during login. Often gives invalid password after a change. Must re-enter the password just about every login. Pending feature is good. Overall information layout is good. Main problem is with the password procedures. People at Folkston bank are wonderful. Love to work with them and talk with them.

When I can log in ot works fine. There are endless password changes and issues with logins. This last time I had to uninstall to be able to use it at all....I'm interested to see if I can login when I reinstall this time. I had several other Bank apps and this one is clearly the worse.

Actually, I am not rating the App because I can't get it to install. They keep saying it is something on my phone but I have several other bank/Credit card/brokerage County apps that I am sure have as extreme security requirements as this app and they installed and work fine. Something strange in their Android Version.

Can't seem to log in. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and I use this app to pay some of my bills. If you can't fix this problem very soon I will have to switch banks. I would hate to do this because I like my bank. Still nothing and the website is no better. Glad to hear that you are busy opening a new branch while your online banking is nonexistent.

Love the app layout, I bank also through a credit union and Like this apps views of your account a lot more. Used to have issues with fingerprint login locking my account, but with an update to the app that was resolved. Thank you team!

This is a very easy app to use. I like everything about it. Great to Have a way to check your daily funds total. It is very secure . Great for using direct deposit. I highly recommend this app.

Easy to use, navigates smoothly. Shows pending which is important.

It always makes me change my password worse and some times it makes me call the bank well hello the bank isn't open at 11pm. I hate this app and this bank!

Won't load on my phone been trying all afternoon 11/20 . It wouldn't load in Nov. And it won't load now in March 21 I will be switching to another bank! And now I can't even log into my account

Completely useless. I attempt to press "I am a new user" and it just goes to "forgot password"

Before recent update I really liked this app. It was easy to use and very convenient. Since recent update, I haven't been able to sign in at all. Uninstalled for now.

Seems more feature rich than the previous one. So there's that. But the app periodically freezes when navigating through the different views not responding to clicks for a moment.

It is useful but it freezes up a lot
