The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Southeastern Credit Union App, you must be enrolled as a Southeastern CU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I've had more problems with this app in just trying to get logged in. It intermintently tells me I have the wrong email or phone number for confirmation. It's been confirmed with the credit union, and I've had both for several years now and am giving the right answers. However, if I wait a while it MIGHT let me log on the next time using the EXACT SAME information! I don't have time to play these games! I'm trying to log on for a reason and need the information at that time! This gets VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!
They have done a good job upgrading this app. Works great! Glad we can transfer now!
App works well, but the transaction updates are sometimes slow, and if you have multiple accounts, the homepage will display ALL transactions from ALL accounts. This makes the initial viewing of account activity confusing.
Pending transactions do not show up. Others don't show in real time. I whined up going to web site to see just what exactly is going on with my account. The app is just ok, I guess the web site tends to more accurate.
Because of my work schedule, there are really only a few hours each week that I can get to the credit union. So this app is extremely helpful to me. It makes banking so much easier. And USUALLY it works exactly as it should. I would really like to give it 4.5 stars!!
I need to see a running tally in my accounts that's quick and easy to read at a glance, and your bill pay is horrible (copy BOA to fix both), stop trying to reinvent the wheel.
This is a great bank and credit union. The people here are so sweet and caring.
This app is very aggravating. Is always telling me to update my password. Or my username is not right. Always got to update my password. Whatever the problem is I wish they can figure it out
I'm very unhappy with this app. It's not updating and when I try to update the app it just leads from one site to the next and back again. Very frustrating! !
Didn't think I'd like mobile banking but it sure helps me remember where & $$ spent. With Kasasa account I keep track of spending with this phone & write it down, like a good budget tool.
The app all in all works great the only thing I have trouble with is when I set the monthly transfers from one account to another once a month it never works.....

have alerts set up but only get them after I open the app. shortly after that I get notifications popping up on my devices.
App is good, so far my only complaint is trying to scan checks for deposit. It won't accept them.
app was working good until the last update, now my transactions never update and are always at least a week behind.
This app is easy to use and I like the way you keep up with what you are spending and even take a photo if you want to.
Use it for my bank account but would be good to have a chat support option instead of having to call and wait 45+ minutes.

I do not think this app is very user friendly. It hard to follow logically.
App is horrible wish they would fix the transaction time feed something's your not able to see like you would on computer, we should be able to see the same from the web site. Then the frequent password changes are getting anoying. If I need a password change I would like to ask for it my self not have to make up a new one while I'm in the middle of actually needing to my account information.
